Peanut Butter Banana Sandwich with Agave

  • 2 slices of your favorite vegan bread
  • Peanut butter (or other nut or seed butter -- try almond, sunflower, cashew butters for something new)
  • 1 small, ripe banana, sliced into rounds or lengthwise
  • Agave nectar

  • Spread a slice of bread with the nut butter, top with the sliced banana and drizzle with a little agave nectar.
  • For a little crunch, add a sprinkle of granola to the sandwich.
