KATHERINE HEIGL starts off the show today! She's got a lot going on right now and always gives an interview you don't want to miss! Then, Ellen's boo, NICK CANNON, is coming by. She loves the guy so much, he was the DJ for her TBS special this summer. Nick is doing well for himself -- he's married to Mariah Carey, is the host of "America's Got Talent," and is the chairman of the Nickelodeon channel, TEENick! Then... when Ellen was 7, she put a nickel up her nose, but 7-year-old PRESTON SCARBOROUGH led police on a high speed chase! Now he's coming here to tell Ellen all about it, but this time we're going to leave the driving to his parents!

No one had heard of GABBY SIDIBE before the movie "Precious" was released, but everyone knows her now! She plays the main character and is absolutely great. Ellen just had to get her here to chat, so she's stopping by today. Then, KATIE COURIC was on the show during the first season. Now, six years later, she's finally coming back. A lot has changed for her since then! And KATE GOSSELIN is going to be here. That's right... Kate is here! If raising eight kids weren't hard enough, she's also been swarmed by the tabloids. She'll be here to tell Ellen what's happening.

You probably know Ellen loves the new film "Precious." If you didn't -- you do now! Everyone in it is absolutely amazing, and many of them are in a role totally opposite their public image, including MARIAH CAREY. You will barely recognize her! Ellen can't wait to hear about it today. Mariah will also talk about her brand new CD, "Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel." Then, Ellen recently read a book by JONATHAN SAFRAN FOER called "Eating Animals," and she wants to share it with you. Jonathan will be here to talk about his experience writing it. In the book, he evaluates his own attitudes about nutrition and diet, and examines the attitudes society has about eating meat. He found out some amazing facts that you might not know about your food, so you'll want to hear what he has to say.

There's really only one way to say it -- DENNIS QUAID is here! Actually, he says it better. Ellen's favorite hidden-camera prankster returns today -- and who knows what he'll get himself involved with this time?! First he'll give Ellen all the details on his movie, "Legion." Then, last season on "The Bachelor," no one could stop talking about the contestant MICHELLE. She'll be doing some talking of her own today when she sits down with Ellen and gives her all the behind-the-scenes details!

Ellen is getting the fun started today when she turns the Riff-Raff Room into vacation central! A few months ago, MILEY CYRUS was a mentor on "American Idol," and today she'll share the advice she gave to contestants. And Ellen will find out all about Miley's recent romance! Then, it's not a proper vacation without music, so today Ellen invited a man named JAMES DUPRÉ, who she found on YouTube. She was so impressed, she had to have him here, and he'll give an amazing performance you have to see! And if you're a fan of "Sex and the City," don't miss JOHN CORBETT on the show today.
