I agree. Screw Prop 8. And no it doesn't only matter what is in your heart. Ellen and Portia are equal people like the rest of us and they deserve to be married like the rest of us. They should get to file taxes as a married couple, too.
I was watching Oprah the other day and Melissa Etheridge was on. She made a very good point that the government is willing to take all her taxes when due, but not give her equal rights. What's up with that? We don't always choose who we love. We find that person and it just happens, and I believe that is what happened with Ellen and Portia. They love each other and should get to be married. Good luck to you, Ellen. I pray that one day everyone will see how great having a love (ANY love) truly is.

Awww I missed Cher:( I so wanted to see her. But I was taking a nap and didn't get up soon enough. I got to see most of your show today though. I was watching and searching the web for info on prop 8. Maybe someday huh Ellen? But it don't really matter. It is all about how we feel in our heart. When I find that special someone again I will exchange rings and call myself married. It is so beginning not to matter what others think, as long as I'm happy. Oh listen to me, I'm being selfish. I am Juli of Argentina, here my phrase of the day goes:

Because your you do not have idea of my, and I feel idiotic enough telling you my things; alone I express for that it is what you your me inspire.
But here in my daily life I have my daily affections, me it was not easy to learn to relate me saludablemente, but I learned and I learn.
I have wonderful friends, between(among) them there are those that I know from girl, are really valuable and that it is necessary to take care, imagine they know since(as,like) it(he,she) was shining at the age of 13!!!! (Thing that I want to forget and I wait for that they also) they have a lot of my information.
The majority already we are parents, (we are young parents) babies started coming, contagious they look like the pregnancies(embarrassments)!.
The meetings, they are full of boys of all the ages. We have gas conversations, shits, vomits, since(as,like) extract milk milk of the bosoms, hablás all that with naturalness while you eat a piece of pizza and it(he,she) matters for nobody, in these meetings you do not worry for since(as,like) you are going to be dressed, because some child will vomit you, it(he,she) will put your dirty hands in your shirt, you will have to change a baby who will urinate you without scruples.
And when you want to clean the environment of infantile things and to speak about other topics, probably mas serious or compremetidos, where you speak with the heart, where your friends are they and decide to open your soul and are speaking … in order that some idiot says: mirá! That pretty what the baby does and they all forget your sayings and to the moment … someone says: if that you were saying? Only you think: already forget it!
This Saturday I have one of these meetings, that owner to have them, because they my friends are beautiful, and his(her,your) much more beautiful and amazing children.
For you, for them my friends of the whole life, thanks to the life, which made us coincide, in time and space and give us the possibility of knowing ourselves and to love ourselves.

Lo hermoso fue encontrarte, a veces pienso que estúpido! porque tu no tienes idea de mi, y me siento bastante idiota contándote cosas mías; yo solo me expreso por que es lo que tu me inspiras.
Pero acá en mi vida cotidiana tengo mis afectos cotidianos, no me fue fácil aprender a relacionarme saludablemente, pero aprendí y aprendo.
Tengo amigos maravillosos, entre ellos están los que conozco desde niña, son realmente valiosos y que hay que cuidar, imagina ellos saben como lucía a los 13 años!!!! (cosa que quiero olvidar y espero que ellos también) tienen muchos datos míos.
La mayoría ya somos padres, (somos padres jóvenes) empezaron a llegar bebés ,contagioso parecen los embarazos!.
Las reuniones, están llenas de chicos de todas las edades. Tenemos conversaciones de gases, cacas, vomitos, como sacarte leche de los senos, hablás todo esto con naturalidad mientras comes un pedazo de pizza y a nadie le importa, en esas reuniones no te preocupas por como vas a ir vestido, porque algún niño te vomitará, pondrá tus manos sucias en tu camisa, tendrás que cambiar a un bebé que te orinará sin escrúpulos.
Y cuando quieres limpiar el ambiente de cosas infantiles y hablar de otros temas, quizás mas serios o compremetidos, donde hablas con el corazón, donde están ellos tus amigos y decides abrir tu alma y estás hablando… para que algún idiota diga: mirá! Que lindo lo que hace el bebé y todos olvidan tus dichos y al rato… alguien dice: si que decías? solo piensas: ya olvidénlo!
Este sábado tengo una de esas reuniones, que amo tenerlas, porque ellos mis amigos son hermosos, y sus hijos mucho más hermosos y asombrosos.
Para ti, para ellos mis amigos de toda la vida, gracias a la vida, que nos hizo coincidir, en tiempo y espacio y darnos la posibilidad de conocernos y amarnos.

In a part of the movie, your personage speaks that probably in some years the world is more tolerant, we have a son, 2-year-old Camilo, and all the time we think about the priorities for his(her,your) education, from here one hopes that the things are always for better, and we work every day in order that Camilo, is a tolerant, respectful person and that it(he,she) could love freely. Ellen el sábado vimos una vez más "si estas paredes hablaran 2" la vimos con Pablo mi marido, esta peli, nos ha generado tantas cosas, nos ha puesto inestables, mal, bien, pero lo mejor es que nos permitió crecer como perosnas.
En una parte de la peli, tu personaje habla de que quizás en algunos años el mundo sea más tolerante, nosotros tenemos un hijo, Camilo de 2 años, y todo el tiempo pensamos en las prioridades para su educación, desde acá uno espera que las cosas sean siempre para mejor, y nosotros trabajamos todos los días para que Cami, sea una persona tolerante, respetuosas y que pùeda amar libremente. Que él entienda que el amor es lo más importante.
Es en lo que tengo fe, en personas como vos, hermosas, positivas y fieles así mismas, con gente como vos, este mundo tiene que volverse un mejor lugar.
