Hello Ellen, Just a quick fun idea you might try on your show. You know how you use the marshmallow try using a powdered donut. The sugar gets all over the persons face and can become a big mess. Be sure and swing it a little to get it started before trying to eat it...and i mean eat all of it! On you mark, get set, go!!!!!

Hey Ellen!
Even though I'm not able to watch your show,I just love it! Unfortunately we don't have many American channels in Romania ,but I'm trying to watch ,read everything and anything about U on the net.
I stayed up last night to watch U on the "Ellen cam",it was great!,well I couldn't hear U ,but still I was able to see every tenth move U made! That made me so happy ,I was sobbing,"Happy tears" though, until my mom broke the magic of the moment and grumbled:"stupid child!why don't U sleep again?!",but she doesn't know... It's been eight years that I'm working on cruise ships and when I'm at home I stay with her ,she thinks I'm still her little girl.
As I sad, I'm working on cruise ships ,that's how I "met" U! I was in New Orleans for 36 days ,then I was in Miami, Seattle and many other Cities,so I was able to watch the whole show, that's how I got hooked!
I really ,truly believe that U are SPECIAL and U are doing a wonderful job ,I feel like I know U since forever! I have to see U live though,I hope that I will be able soon.
Keep it up, stay with us, I wish U and your team only the best, the best of the best!
Thanks for being.

Hello Ellen, I am from India, and its only now that we are getting American programs so frequently. I was introduced to you for the first time during the Oscars of 2007. I got up at 6 am (Indian time) to catch the show live and didn't know about you. But from the first frame itself, on you kept me hooked! I was expecting you would host this year too, but :(
Anyways, Ellen, we are now getting your show here, and I don't miss a single episode, though they are reruns. What I want to know is that guy's name who made the Ray Charles painting. I am trying to get his video on YouTube that you mentioned. Could you tell me his name?
Be well, Ellen. You are doing a really great job. Ellen Day in Oklahoma! That's great indeed :)
All the best, and God bless...

I liked that card trick too!!!! My dad used to do that when I was a little girl but always kept it his secret. Would you please share it again as I forgot some ( okay, most ) of how to do it? I know that I will truly appreciate it so I can mesmerize my own grandson with a very crafty 'magic' trick.
Thanks alot, as usual, YOU ROCK!

I'm a junior in high school, but I have watched your show for a few years now. In fact, telling me your show was on was about the only way my mom could get me out of bed when I had school off. Seriously, she would say, "Megan, Ellen is dancing," and I would get up and turn on the TV.
Unfortunately, your show comes on when I'm at school, so I normally miss it, but this semester, my study hall teacher turns on the TV and the entire class watches it every day. If we talk to loud, she turns the TV off as punishment =(

ellen, you inspire me to be a better person. i am a mom of three. i have a four year old and twins that are two years old. i love watching your show. keep up the good work.

Hi Ellen...
I love your show but first of all I adore you , your personality and sense of humor and thought process.
You are fantastic and wish you lived next door.
You had a little girl on the week of March 3, 2008 who played the piano and had written a song for you which she played on your show. Out of all the songs she played, that was my favorite. I hope she knows to copywrite it and let it be heard by the "right people". It was beautiful....and she is terrific.
Your show is wonderful and I am so lucky to be able to see it first hand since we get the broadcast at 5pm in Florida.
Keep up the great entertainment. You make my world such a nice place.

Wow, Ellen, You freaked my freak with that card trick. I loved it. It worked I laughed and yelled...it was so much fun!
I hope you are alright, this week seems to be repeats. I could understand if you felt unable to do the show and be light and funny with all of the ugliness that is in our world and we find out about over and over again on news channels. Please try to remain joyful and hopeful, I have to believe love and kindness will change the world. Love you and the show.
Peace, Joy Love and Light,
from one Ellen to another.

Ellen, I would like to tell you about my sister. She works at a the Washboard Laundry in Eminence Missouri.
I went to visit with her for a few minutes last week and I walked in on her crying. I was immediatly alarmed and thought something awful had happened. After she calmed down and got over her sobbing hiccup babble, where I could finally understand her, she told me what was wrong. She told me that her heart was aching because you (Ellen) were crying on your show. She was so broken up over your emotions that she broke down sobbing again. It hurt her so much to know that you were upset and crying. She adores you and your show and wants only the best for you. She said this was the second time she saw you cry, the first over your puppy and now over the tragedy that happened over the young gay man.
My sister is a wonderful wife and mother, my best friend, and honestly, your biggest fan. I wanted you to know about her, I think she is amazing and I hope that someday she can visit with you as I know you will see the same amazing person that I do...Janet Vance

Ellen,
You blew me away with that card trick. I thought I remembered it so I could show my kids....but I forgot. Would you please give me the steps? They are always coming up with tricks and jokes to play on me.
Love your show and as always you smile with your eyes and that generates all that positive energy from your audience.
All the best

Ellen,
Still waiting to see Leona Lewis on your show. This girl can sing like Mariah, Whitney and Kelly. Please read about her below;
Leona Lewis, who won the third installment of England’s The X Factor in December 2006, has broken and sold more records than some of her American Idol counterparts combined — her debut single was downloaded 50,000 times in just 30 minutes, which helped make her the fastest-selling female artist ever; her debut album, Spirit, became the fastest-selling debut in the UK (outselling the Spice Girls’ Greatest Hits album four to one). And by the end of 2007, the album was certified 5x platinum in the UK.
