I always wanted my hair to do that back in the early 90's but I could not achieve the style. I had a wavy mushroom hairdo.

Was she trying out for that awful lesbian movie from the early 80's--the one with Muriel Hemingway who's seduced by the older, butch-er athlete-- Personal Best? I seem to recall a poster like this with Muriel Hemingway on it, though no tennis racket.
