Hi Ellen,
Looking forward to watching this weeks show! You are always so entertaining. I love to come home afer work, watch your show and laugh. It's a great feeling.
For the last 12 years, my husband and I have held a bowling tournament to help raise money for 2 graduating seniors to help pay for their college. The tournament is being held on Saturday, December 13, 2008.
We usually have up to 300 bowlers. We try to give each bowler a door prize. We have a different variety of prizes. They range anywhere from baseball hats, golf balls, T-shirts, gift certificates, etc. Nothing elaborate. With times being tough right now, fewer people are willing to donate. We would be honored if you would be able to donate toward our tournament. Whether it be a coffee cup, or even boxers. It would be greatly appreciated.
We would love to hear from you.
Thank you for making us laugh.

I don't think that the parents were expecing their daughter to cry, she probaly doesn't always cry around strangers.

I love the family xmas photos that have gone awry or are unbelievably tacky or show outifts/hair/make-up of the 80's but don't you think there's something a little sadistic about forcing your frightened child to sit with a person who terrifies them?

I am certainly the worst mother in the world. Whenever my daughter was afraid to sit on a strange man's lap for the sake of a picture, I did not force her to. Consequently, I have no pictures of my youngest before the age of 4 sitting on Santa's lap. I also don't have proof in pictures of traumitizing her either!
