Ellen's personal chef, Roberto Martin, came to the show to demonstrate how to make easy and delicious vegan tacos. Take a look as he demonstrates them for you.

Today Ellen featured her personal chef Roberto Martin on the show, and the two cooked up her favorite, Vegan Tacos. They're easy to make, just assemble the following ingredients:
- 1 package Yves Meatless Taco Stuffers or other meat substitute (Bring to simmer with 1/2 cup of water.)
- 1 can refried beans (Heat in saucepan.)
- Salsa:
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup minced red onion
1/2 bunch chopped cilantro
Onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, lime juice, & kosher salt to taste.
- Guacamole:
2 small avacados- Scooped.
Onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, lime juice, & kosher salt to taste.
- Daiya Vegan Cheese (Can be found at Whole Foods and other health food stores)
- Vegan Sour Cream
Assembly: Heat tortilla over open flame and prepare taco (or enjoy in hard shell).

I am really excited that I have the chance to share my tips, recipes and thoughts about vegan cooking with you. I thought I would start off by telling you about myself. I haven't always been a vegan chef, so I think once you learn more about me, you can see just how possible it is to start cooking healthier vegan meals -- even if you start with just one meal a week.
