He got his start right here on The Ellen Show, and today his album is available in stores and on iTunes! Greyson Chance has come a long way, and if you want proof, take a listen to his incredible album!
An Overnight Web Sensation: Greyson Chance
Thirteen-year-old Greyson Chance had been living a typical life in Edmond, Oklahoma. He enjoyed listening to his favorite band, Augustana, and playing the understudy in a local production of "Oliver." Little did he know, he would soon become the newest web star!
After recording an unbelievable performance of Lady Gaga's "Paparazzi" at a talent show, he uploaded it to Facebook and YouTube -- and had no idea what would happen next. In just a few short days the video received millions of views, and he became an Internet sensation overnight!
Even though he's only in middle school, Greyson has shown a clear talent for music. In addition to his cover of "Paparazzi," he had written two other songs; "Broken Hearts" and "Stars." His dreams of being a solo artist are rapidly coming true. In the past few months, he's been hard at work on his album, walked some of the biggest red carpets, and even performed for 20,000 people at Canada’s We Day.

Also, right now, the music video for Greyson's single, "Waiting Outside the Lines" is the iTunes Music Video of the Week, which means you can download it for free! Greyson has been on tour for the past few months, and last week he dropped by "Good Morning America." You can see his appearance right here. Today he made an even bigger stop: the White House! Greyson joined Willow Smith for a performance at the annual Easter Egg Roll.

Greyson’s first video, his cover of Paparazzi, had 10,000 views when I first saw it. Now it has almost 38 million views. The video of my cat chasing a laser has only 6.
