Fun Facts About Josh Hutcherson!

Josh Hutcherson was here to tell Ellen about two upcoming films he's starring in -- "Journey 2" and "The Hunger Games"! While he was here, we were able to find out some fun facts about him. Check it out!

Josh was born October 22nd, 1992 in Union, Kentucky. The population of Union is 5,379, which means Josh has approximately 30 Twitter followers for every 1 person in his home town.

His mom works for Delta Airlines and his dad works for the Environmental Protection Agency.

He used to have a blanket called "Yellow Blankie" that he carried with him everywhere. He didn't say when he gave it up, but we're guessing it must be at least a year or two ago.

He has two dogs named Diesel and Nixon.

Josh was in the movie "The Kids Are Alright." He's also a big supporter of the organization "Straight But Not Narrow." You can see his YouTube video about it right here!

He's a charming and friendly guy, and we all enjoyed his visit to the show. Let's hope he comes back real soon!

Wow! What a great trip! I've always wntead to go to Europe for a month or two. That's pretty awesome that you get to find your ancestor's history. My grandmother's family has some Dutch ancestry (nobility to I believe from the van in van Nostrand ).Hope you have a great time in Germany! To the people complaining about not getting the premier tickets: Get over it! There are probably millions of other people who want those tickets even worse. I want some tickets pretty darn bad to, but I don't have the audacity to come onto the site, saying how you deserve the tickets. Be happy for the people who got them and just go to a local theater and see the movie once it officially comes out, just like everyone else who wants tickets to the premier. And why do you post comments on here directed to Ellen? It's not like she'll actually read them, she's a busy woman, inspiring the world and whatnot.

hey. Come on people. I mean I would have loved to go to the premiere but why does Ellen have to give it to us. She stands for so many things and she gives because that's who she is. Don't feel obligated that she owes you something. Just enjoy the joy she does bring to the world and thank her for even giving you the opprotunity. Listen to the words she says everyday "be kind to one another" (this even includes the quoter herself)

Hey Ellen if you want to look at my thing now asking if i could go to the primire of huner games it would be amazing, But its fine let some other people go insted and meet my idol Josh Hutcherson. what ever its not like my time was wasted for 2 weeks trying to get those tickets.But what ever I'll just be misrable not seeing the movie while other people will have the time of there lives... its fine.
