Ellen after 44 years I have been refriended by one of my favorite High School friends ( pardons in crime) Jeanne Graver. I live in North Carloina and she lives in Florida. We have visited each other 3 times this year and it's just like we are teens again. I am writing stories and she is doing the illustrations for the stories. It has been so much fun and we are hoping to get published, I will let you know not if but when we are publish. Meeting her again after all these years has meant so much to me. I lost my 20 year old son 5 years ago (Charlie he was bi-polar) to sucide. Jeanne has has brought me back to life. I love her dearly.

Ellen i need to sell some of my dads old Italian records. My dog might need surgery. We go back to the vet monday.Some go back before 1958 . ALso of the records are Doris Day Barbara Streisand.

Ellen,
As an animal lover & especially with Portia's passion for horses, what is your reaction to Obama's re-legalization of US slaughter houses for horses? The footage I've seen of these slaughter houses is horrid and the horses are just shocked until they pass out but not dead when they have their throats slashed so they can bleed out.
I am sickened the USA would promote such behaivor especially to an animal that many of us have as pets.
What's next?

I missed Fri's show how can I find out who won the gifts from Day 1. I am a home viewer. It said they were going to list 25 names of the home viewer's that were also going to get the gifts from Day 1
