Raise Your Glass "Comfortably Unaware" by Dr. Richard A. Oppenlander is a great book for anyone who wants to better understand the effect our eating habits have on the planet. The way we eat has changed dramatically over the past half century and so has the way we cultivate our food. "Comfortably Unaware" does a wonderful job of explaining exactly how these changes have affected the world we live in. If you care about our planet, and want to make a difference, this book is a must-read.
