Shania is a genuinly beautiful being inside/out. Sorry she had to go through that awful experience, I feel bad for her son, but again everything happens for a reason and I am sure she will end up being happy with her new hubby! Good luck and God Bless You.
And Ellen, you are one of a kind, your show is the greatest!!! Always entertaining, always funny, always sweet and kind to everybody...keep up the good work, your are LOVED!!!
Ellen, Shania's interview today was phenomenal. What an inspiration to other women who are going through similar situations. And like Shania said," The core issue is something Hidden coming out". I agree, its when we are able to come to terms with what hurts us either physically and/or mentally that we are then able to truly be who we are and be proud of it.
In my own experience sharing my life like an open book to inspire others to believe in their own story; I too fear that sharing certain things will at times make me look weak. Just like now- but- It doesn't it only helps me to be stronger. E. Michelle Lee, An Exception To The Rules!
I understand exactly how Shania feels. I am so happy for her. I'm so glad she ended up finding love. Shania is right there is many people hiding what's really going on in their house. Or they start believing what's happening in their house is normal ( at least for them). I have been in the same situation with abuse that her mom was in.
Shania Twain..What a beautiful woman, inside and out!! She was the desire of most men breathing at the time when she was singing country music, If any man were lucky enough to have Shania Twain's heart fall in love with him, at that point He would know that He has been to Heaven to enjoy eternity with this angel....What was M.L. thinking to cheat on The woman who was most men's desire?? Not only was HE too dumb to realize that He was the luckiest man in the universe to be married to Shania,But He was brainless when He cheated!!!! In my opinion, his testicals should be removed and hung from tree as a warning to all brainless men to see
Shania, you have been a great model in my life. You have done and will continue to do Fantastic work, your music and voice is breathe taking.. Be Strong. Ellen, You i am sure are an agngel sent from above. to provide and help SOOO many people. Well done.
Shania, YOU have nothing to be humiliated or ashamed of - the cheating liars take ALL of that responsibility. You are admirable and inspiring to so many. Thank you for your honesty, your strength, and your music. Many HUGS to you and I wish you and Fred the happiest future one could ever hope for.
Ellen, you are so incredibly funny, yet you are so compassionate when needed. That's why I LOVE to watch your show. Thank you for being so human and so wonderful!
Dear Ellen
I saw your program two years ago, when a cable channel showed it. IT'S FANTASTIC !!! I live in south america, in Uruguay. I AM A BIG FAN but I can only follow you in facebook. Come to Uruguay with Portia ... we have wonderful beaches, PUNTA DEL ESTE AND JOSE IGNACIO are the most famous, country landscapes near the sea ... IT'S FANTASTIC !!!
I found the interview with shania very nice...i have been thru the same thing..and to hear how she felt, going thur a grieving process is so true...thank you for sharing this ...means alot...i love your show...so much...keep up the great work
Poor Shania... I'm so glad she's finally ready to tell her story and to play music again... I love her so, and her music is healing and provides stress relief and joy to so many people! I can't wait to see what she comes up with next, now that she's in a better place, and she's open as an artist!
I saw her in San Diego one year with a few friends and she was so much fun! I loved every minute of it!
Wow...I can so relate to what she felt...it is exactly how I felt when my (now ex) husband left me fro another woman.
How does Shania Twain have the strength of character to read from the book in front of everyone? She has a history of being quite private about her personal life. Maybe it's therapeutic...
heyyy, im half filipino half italian! I love music! I love to sing! and I hope to show it to the world someday!! to show them through my music that Love shouldnt be taken for granted...Four years ago, my dad died. He left for Italy for medical treatment, before he left, he promised, promised he would come back and return, but he died there, we didnt get to see him, and it kills me to think that, after a life long struggle of fighting for us (for our custody against our mom since they divorced), yet he died alone, us not by his side. When he died, it was just me and my siblings left In the Philippines, yet there was this couple from Spain, and was also a close family friend, whom we loved very much , well they were going to adopt us, but just when they were going to, they stopped contacting with us, and the last thing we heard was that she had a brain tumor...
sometimes I feel like my life is a movie..you know the one thats called " a series of unfortunate events?? well yeah, thats it....
But After months had passed, and we didnt know what to do, we had no money, no food to eat...A family of four, decided to adopt me and my four siblings.. We fit perfectly together, though we have money problems, we love each other and know that God would provide...A year ago, we found a baby infront of our street, and we named her Makhana, which means Gift in hawaiian
Dear Ellen
I loved your interview with Shania...her story was mine too. My Dad died when I was 3.5 yrs and
the next year my mother married a child molester(she did not realize until later).
We all know what life is like under those circumstances...however, I was able to escape when I was 17.
Later when I was 31 I was ill with a cardiac
arrest and month long coma...the only thing I
remembered was the child abuse. I did not know
my name, my 6 month old baby...only the memory of abuse.
Keep up the good work of helping Shania and others. You are a special person and may you be
blessed for all the good you do for others.
I live to far to get tickets to your show but
will always watch your show...TAKE OPRAH's place
you would be great.
