Tina Fey was on the show this week and we had a lot of fun. We played a fun improv game and got to know each other a lot better. Here are some of the fun things I learned about Tina...

Tina’s character on “30 Rock” is named Liz, which is actually Tina’s first name. Her full name is Elizabeth Stamatina Fey. That’s what I call her when I’m announcing her at a royal ball, or whenever she steals my fruit snacks.  

Tina has always been funny. She wrote a column in her high school newspaper and used the alias, “The Colonel.” That was how she got her start in comedy writing, and in impersonating an officer.

I had a great time with Tina and I hope she comes back to visit after she has her baby. Or even before. Just so long as it’s not during.
