Julian is a gorgeous cat who needs a little extra love. He has Feline Immunodeficiency Virus. But that doesn't keep Julian down. He loves attention and gets on with everybody; people, children, cats and even dogs! Cats that are FIV+ can live long and healthy lives and pose very low threat to other cats, so long as they aren't fighters, and Julian certainly isn't, especially since he doesn't have any teeth. He gets fluids every day, and where other cats might not enjoy taking their medicine, Julian loves the extra attention. He's a real sweetheart.
If puppies are your thing, have we got news for you! This litter of puppies is looking for a home. They're part Lab and part Pit and all adorable, so you get the "designer dog" without the puppy mill! They were born in January of this year and all 9 of them need homes! Rude BoyThis story is horrible beyond words. On Sunday night, Ohio resident Brent Whitehouse's barn was burned down, killing the eight horses inside, one of which was a baby colt. Authorities believe it was a hate crime, based on the homophobic slurs spray-painted on the side of the barn, and the fact that the owner is gay.
Murdering eight animals because their owner is gay is monstrous.
I'm devastated and I'm angry. My heart goes out to Brent and his family and to anyone who lives in fear of being persecuted for who they are. Please know that wherever you are, I'm standing with you.
