Hello Ellen, family & staff, We love watching your show, it is exciting, loving and full of hope. Please consider my family for the 12 days of christmas giveaways at home. I am currently out of work and my husband works all of the time. It is going to be a sad christmas for my son as well because of the loss of his father to cancer last year 3 days after christmas. Hey we've all got our trials and tribulations but what doesn't kill you makes you stronger and your show makes me laugh until I almost can't breathe! ilove your show, i watch every day since you started. i love it when you call Gladys on the phone. you get so tickled at her. you haven't called her in a while. i love your games, especially the sumos game , i nearly get down with that one. keep making us laugh.

I've always enjoyed your show but never had to watch regularly until now that I'm unemployed. "Be Kind To Others" is a nice closeout and I Thank God for all the kindness you show to people who are in need. I cry there tears of show right with them.

i love your show you make me laugh.. and let me tell you its been a long road for me .. i have been threw alot like everyone in their lives.God will never give you more then you can handle. i want to tell you thank you for making me laugh and dance. a smile happens in a flash but the memory lasts a lifetime. i lost both my mom and dad in less then a year.christmas is almost here and very sad that they are not here.i know that they are together again, but just to think of the ifs ys and how comes you will drive yourself crazy.so i think of you for all you do for people is a very greatful thing you do.God bless you ellen keep up the work.also i just have one question to all the people out there? did any of you moms ever save the bows? like over and over again. like reuse them over and over again?well my mom did?? lol thats funny if you might say dont you think? thats how i remember some of the things my mom did.she was so funny dont throw the bows away!! thank you sandy from sayre pa

I watch you whenever i can i know ur on at least 3 times in daytime but i'm not always here, i volunteer at our med hoapital on Tues. for 71/2 hrs for the day.I've got familie that i've been trying to help me get back in there good graces again after i think i said some things the wrong way.
I'm a senior now and my words don't come out quite as clear or the way i want to.

HI ELLEN, my name is Selena Murillo. i am 11 years old. and i have something to say about bulling. well to start i know what bulling feels like because i was bullied since 3d grade.i am still bullied to day but i keep it all to my self. i rember in fourth grade i kept keeping it to my self and did not tell my mom nor my dad. it got so bad i got in a fight at school because of it. this girl punched me and kicked me in my stomach. the school didn't now about it nor did my friends. so i went on with my life. so the school year ends and still nobody new except me and the girl. so in 5th grade we are in the same class again. but my teacher had us go in a circle a talk about are feelings with the other students. and before school my and that girl got in a argument. and when we started the circle the girl said ill kick ur but like i did in 4th grade . and i started to cry. my teacher said is this true and i said yes. then my teacher had me go to the princealble and called my mom and dad. we all had a long talk about what had happend and how it can hert others.and me and the girl became best friends.
so i moved, and i went to another class in 5th grade and i got made fun of.our teacher made us go in a circle and make a wish on fridays. so a boy said i wish somebody that use to sit bye me would brush their teeth. and i use to sit bye him. and i just start poring in tears and ran outside the class room.he was the class clown and so every body laughed. i felt really bad even though i new i brush my teeth every day.
so now in in 6th grade and this girl said i was poor. so it all went down like this, so we were all getting ready to go home and there was a phone on the ground and she said oh i thought that was Selena , oh wait she cant afford one. and i said why do u think that. she said because ur shoes are all torn up. and i stood up and said inforunt of the class u should get ur facts strate before u start talking. i got held back from the teacher with the girl . we now are friends.
also in 6th grade this boy said i have rabies because i have Lichen planus. (a rare skin diseas. the cause us unknown.) so i also felt bad about that.
so now i want to help the kids that are being bullied for stupis stuff like their rase or their shirt. people need to just group and think if what they are going to say will heart others feelings

Dear Ellen I love your show and so as some senior. I am a volunteer at the senior center in Riverside county. 2 years ago , one asked me to get ticket and to drive them to see your show on December as christmas celebration for them having no family around. I tried but failed , tried again last year and failed so this time didnt tell them at all hoping to surprise them if ever I succeed to get tickets on the 23rd or 24th if you have a show. Its exactly Christmas and this will really mean a lot to them and me having no family to be with but just ourself. Please Ellen thats all I am asking to surprise these seniors 3 plus me as its only 4 tickets allowed. You have been a real inspiration and a tool to forget our loneliness being alone on holidays season. I hope I will get an answer, I have no computer and doing this at the center checking it everyday if I may get a chance. Thank you and God bless!
Ellen, I love your shows, you are an inspiration to so many people, you give hope to those who have none. No matter if I don't win any of the 12 days of Christmas, I see the joy on yours and your fans' faces!!! This is such a hard year for me, but you can still make me laugh! My mom always wanted me to write to you because you give people a chance to live a better life. My mom died in October and I never did what she asked me to do. She truly believed that you could change my family's life. We are broke, behind in house and car and utility payments, and I may have to have brain surgery soon. No gifts this year for my children, no decorating, because if mom doesn't feel good, nothing gets done. I have a wonderful family, husband and four teenagers, but they are so worried about losing their mom right after they lost their grandma. Hi Ellen I moved to Australia from Canada to work as a Nurse here and tried to enter your 12 days giveaway and unfortunatley Australia was not on the list of addresses to enter?? This made me sad is there another way to enter the contest? I absolutely love your show and use to watch it will my daughter back in Canada everyday that we could when I was not at work. I enjoy the show and the games. I enjoy watching people in need getting surprised and receiving helpful items they need. But this 12 days of giving seems a bit excessive and I am getting bored of it.
The economy is in horrible condition, people our losing thier homes, children our going hungry and the gift being handed out such as TV's, video games ect... seems wrong.
Oprah does this to buy popularity. Ellen you are more talented than she is and you do not need to bribe your TV followers.
I just think if gifts our given they should be earned as prizes or more meaningful gifts.Thanks for letting me rant.
