I can remember not being a "favorite" in school back in the '60's. I may be dating my age but I don't care. Always being picked last for a team, "having cooties," the whole nine yards. Not because I was dirty, dressed funny (maybe looked funny!), but I lived 20 miles away from the school and was not able to participate in after school activities where my classmates didn't have a real chance to get to know me. Not until high school when I became a little more outgoing and grew confidence did I have a chance to put these types in there places.
Being Kind to one another is what I raised my kids on. Don't judge someone because of what they look like or what they do or do not have. Get to know them first, look into their eyes and read them. Your eyes can tell you alot about yourself and others. If you do not like them, don't associate with them. Walk away.

My 9 year old Autistic daughter has been bullied for 2 years now , we moved twice to get her the proper education she is entitled to , and this year at the age of 8 she was held down by 5 girls and they threatend her.
I think this is disgusting and that this needs to be stopped once and for all.
Where are the teachers and principal when these children are outside and playing. I have had Autisim Advocates in the school system to help me fight. It is a bad thing for a child with no disabilities , think about a disabled child having this done to her.
Bullying Must Be Stopped
