Lawsuit. And ALSO the PARENTS if ANY of the children are minors.

Yea, lets just sue everyone for everything and take all of the fun out of anything. Your such a kill joy. Oh, you might sue for me saying this. Control, control, control.......

I think it is funny......

Pretty fabric on the couch

hey the rule of house parties is very straight forward haha, if you get drunk and pass out with your shoes still on then you're fair game for just about any prank your friends can think of! its in the bylaws of drinking haha

I thought it was a funny prank, but shouldn't have necessarily been posted on FB. My BFF and I dry shaved my ex-boyfriend back when I was 19; we shaved off his Lincoln-era beard and then shaved his chest so he would grow hair on it (which he did, believe it or not). He turned out to be a big jerk anyway so I didn't feel bad about what we did but he sure was upset to lose his beloved beard lol. BTW Ellen, love your sense of humor and all that you stand for. Even though I'm straight, I say 'Down with Prop 8'.

I only hope it wasn't permanent markers that they used. Then it would NOT be so funny.....

Wow, you people are WAY too uptight! Get over it! Kids will be kids and I don't know very many that HAVE NOT done something like this and I've had many embarrassing pics of me posted on FB, and have posted some of my friends as well. It's all in fun, it doesn't mean they are any less "friends". Being a good friend means you can laugh at yourself and at your friends, knowing that in the end you guys have a connection that surpasses the "immature" behavior and embarrassments you endure as friends. They're called "memories". In the end, if she asks them to take it down from FB, then a good friend would do that, on the otherhand, she would laugh at the pic herself. BTW, I have a great shirt we got for a friend after doing the SAME thing to (yes, I posted the pics on FB, but we put more racey things on his face....), it says, "After I pass out, please don't shave or write on any part of my body." He loves it.

This is hilarious.....and is just part of growing up. Have fun with it.
My husband got a little toasted on one of his birthdays and passed out face down on the cushion on the back of our boat. We (daughter & wife) painted his toenails red. When he woke up, he thought he was bleeding to death. Now, that was funny! AND, yes, he did forgive is and got a good laugh out of it, and still does.

This YOUNG girl was obviously wasted. Happens but putting it on FB so anyone can see it was wrong! What if a future employer looks up her name on the net and this pops up? Kids gotta learn, the internet isnt private, alot of people have been in trouble or fired because of comments regarding their jobs. Obviously they can get to pics also. Yeah, I'd hire her after seeing that, lol, NOT!

To Bill...

a lawsuit??? Stuff like this happens all the time...and is harmless...but you have the mentality of alot of people, dont touch, dont speak, dont write, dont do anything or we will sue you...glad I am not your friend. (you might sue for that too!)

Sounds like harmless fun. Someone who was merely asleep would have woken up. They colored her entire face, not to mention her eyelid!

Lawsuit. And ALSO the PARENTS if ANY of the children are minors.

I think she should just laugh it off, she needs to watch her drinking...but we have all been there!
Once we shaved one eyebrow off and the other side of someone's mustache, while the slept if off.So I think she has some pretty good friends, it could have been me!LOL

Friends did this and then put it on Facebook?? "friends???" maybe as a prank, ...maybe. But posting it on facebook? I think I would remove them from my list of friends. Looks like these 'friends' wanted to embarrass her. (some friends!)

I grew up in Elmhurst, IL, and we used to do this at sleepovers all the time! No, we weren't drunk, and it happened to me a few times, too! Maybe it's just something regional. Sharing on Facebook wasn't a possibility then, but if it had been, we probably would have done that, too. Everyone needs to step back and breathe. I don't think it's going to ruin her life. It didn't ruin mine. In fact, I forgot about it until I saw the picture. I'm still laughing a little, about both of us!

Chick looks hot, I'd do her. It does look like someone had a "reversed rainbow party" on her face though...

ahhh hello of course she was out of it would you not wake up from a regular sleep if people were marking up on your face hello!!

I feel bad for this girl and all the others that this has happened to. Friends? You may want to reevaluate your relationship, friends don't do things like that to friends.

really anadult? give it a break! the girls were just having some fun at a sleepover.

This is ridiculous! I weep for the world that these immature, rude children will be ruling one day. So what if your "friend" falls asleep (or even passes out-which is another topic) at your house. Why is there a need to humiliate them and post it online? It is a violation of this girls body and her privacy. With the technology and age should come responsibility, these children don't have it and should pay the consequences of their actions. They should have to serve commmunity service and learn to grow up after of course their cell phones and computers are taken away/disabled.

She most likely was NOT drunk.. why do people always think that someone is drunk if they got a prank pulled on them at a sleepover! i'm a VERY heavy sleeper (my sister punches me i the gut 2 wake me up and i never feel it) so im the one people always draw on , put food on my face, or yes the classic warm water pee prank. she is probably a heavy sleeper.. dont get me wrong she could be drunk but by looking at this picture she looks very young. and a much better prank 2 pull then drawing on someone is freezing their underwear!!!! all u do u soak the item of clothing that u want freeze with water, fold it in some odd shape, and put it the freezer! the only way to defrost it is putting it the microwave (& after u do it smells like whatever was the microwave last)
