Hi Ellen!
I am a huge fan of yours and I watch your show every single day! I was hoping to win tickets to be on your show for the Friday mothers day show but with my luck-that didn't happen. I am an expecting mother due in 6 weeks. I am only 20 years old and since my 22 week checkup I have been experiencing high blood pressure up in the 150/90's. I had preeclampsia with my first daughter, and even though there is only a 15% chance that I may have it again, doctor's aren't taking any chances. I lost my job in February, because here in Illinois the employment keeps dropping, and because my job didnt want to take any chances! I am having another girl and hoping to make it to full term because i have 6 weeks until my 40 weeks. and I do not have a crib, no diapers nothing. I am having a baby shower in 2 weeks but I know noone will buy me the big things that I need. I am not hoping to win the things for myself, but the necessities for my little girl. I did the baby name contest and unfortunatly didn't win tickets to your show- even with prayers. I am sad that I cannot afford to buy any of the things needed for my daughter!

Hi Ellen,

I recently became a fan of your show when I was placed on bed rest. I am expecting my second child and on February 27th my water broke. At the time I was 21 weeks pregnant and miraculously my body never went into labor. I am now 31 weeks pregnant and have been hospitalized since April 9th. The doctors insisted that I be close to the NICU because of the high risk of infection and pre-term labor. Having my husband and my 3 year-old at home without me has been an emotional rollercoaster. After my hospitalization I started watching your show and I have tried hard to watch it everyday. It is often just the laugh I need. I have yet to watch an episode where I have not laughed out loud. THANK YOU!

Although being in the hospital is not the way I would have preferred spending Mother's Day, it would be a delight to win your Mother's Day Gifts. I am so thankful for a healthy, active toddler, a loving husband, and a baby that is not here yet but growing and getting stronger everyday. I can't wait until we are home where I can cherish every moment with our new baby girl.

Thanks, Stephanie May

Dear Ellen,
I work in an oncologist's office and I am writing on behalf of one of our patients, Arlene. She is a wonderful 50 yr old woman with Stage 4 cancer recently diagnosed. She is going through a divorce, just found out about the cancer, and has 2 great sons--15 and 8. The 8 yr old doesn't know how sick mom is. The 15 yr old is very concerned and caring, works after school to help his mom financially and is trying to be "the man-of-the-house." Her "husband" is living with his girlfriend and her 4 children. He does not support his own sons. Arlene can't work because of her heavy-duty chemo, but she tries to put on a smile for her boys even though she cries when she is getting her treatments. She knows her prognosis is grim at best because of the extent of her disease. She's worried about what will happen to her sons later on. I know so many people are writing to you hoping to win something for mother's day, but I'm asking from the bottom of my heart to please let this mom have a little joy this Mother's Day. Thanks Ellen

Hi Ellen!! I have been watching your show for years, I would have to run home from school everyday just to make sure I didnt miss your show. Well now im 26 years old and pregnant with my first child! I saw that I missed the mothers day show but I would like to try to win the gifts that.the other.moms won on the show. Thank you Ellen

Hi Ellen,

My name is Heather and I'm a stay at home mom. I'm very busy trying to keep up with my family everyday, but I manage to squeeze in an hour during the day to watch your show that I love so much. You do so much for people and from what it seems, you don't do it just because your famous, you honestly care about people. And thats awsome! I am 8 months pregnant and would like to enter you Mother's Day contest. My husband and I just bought a house and are alittle short on the cash. I try to buy little things here and there so we have everything we need, but I'm not quite there yet. So every little thing is much appreciated.

Thanks for being you,
Heather

Hi Ellen,

I watched your show from Australia everyday and think it is just great the people you help and the give aways that you have for your audience. I know I will probably never get to see of your show live(which sucks) because being there for the mothers day show would be awesome. I am pregnant with my first child and was hoping to go in the draw online for your mothers day gifts but I see you have to be in the States to win. Is there any chance that prizes could be won anywhere in the world?

Keep up your amazing work!!
xoxox
