Ellen or whoever picks the singing groups are not doing a good job. Ellen is an American Idol judge, but some of the groups are just average garage bands. The bird and the bee did not need backup singers, too many band members, need to practice. Ellen does not really judge talent like Simon.

I think that Ellen does a terrific job finding new talent.How dare the "dar de well"come off with super critical jabs at a group like 'The Bird and the Bee'.Maybe they are the garage bands that wishes they had the same chance.As for her place on the panel of "AI" she only is a mirror of what 99.9% of the public feel.I look forward to her new musical talent that have had no forum up until Ellen.Keep bringing them to us 'E'and don't pay any attention to the wanna be's.You must work your rear of coming up with fresh talent.I'm 64 years old and an ex rocker who think most of the bad things people write have to much time on the hands.A devoted watcher.Greg Payne
