Hello. remarkable job. I did not anticipate this. This is a great story. Thanks!

Triscuit_helps_ellen_plant_a_home_farm_0317.. Awesome :)

Quite interesting publish. the information that you shown is amazing and most notably i liked just how you shared things here. Truly, the concept is real time applicable and as per the current demand of the internet user society.

Ellen,
I was never asked to register a password. I entered you contests and was never asked for a password until I tried to enter the Buick give away contest. I can't seem to enter or register a password. Any suggestitons? I asked for an email of my password and got nothing. I don't know if I'm entered or not. I love your show. It is so much fun, gives a lift to my day. You are such a fun and kind person. Thanks for your help.

Hi Ellen,

I have been growing a variety of fruits, herbs, and vegetables, however, I'm running out of room. I would love to build a raised plater like the one you used on the show. Is there any way to get a copy of the building plans? Thank you!!!

Dear Ellen I grew up in the Sacramento Valley in Davis, ca. I know how important agriculture is to our country. I wish I had more room on my porch to grow some kind of food. Because I am Hungry all the time and poor. Not a good combo. But I seen your planting on your show and enjoyed it very much. I love you and your life. It must be great to have such a loving partner to grow old with. You two make such a wonderful pair. I seen you with Porche on the Orlando show with her arms around you and you guys are the reason I voted for gay rights, plus it doesn't matter what sex you end up with because it is always happily ever after if you love one another. Right? Sincerely Roxanne PS-I am to old to plant seeds...I have grandkids! LOL

Ellen,
I am all about growing my own garden. This year I will have a total of 2 vegetable gardens, a melon garden, a pumkin and gourd garden and I am trying an herb garden. I let my kids hep me from plowing up the garden to harvesting what we grew. They think it's so much fun to play in the dirt and watch wat hey planted grow, plus I get some help....lol You know the saying, "Give a man a fish he'll eat for a day. Teach a man to fish he'll eat for the rest of his life." This movement is an awesome idea and I am excited to register my gardens and be a part of it. There is something people should know....maybe you could mention it on your show.....if people knew this I truly think more people would start their own garden. People who recieve EBT food assistance (foodstamps) can purshase any seed or plant that is food. There are many people who recieve assistance in our country now a days because of the economy. I just thought you could get that out to people if you mentioned it on your show one day. Good luck with your garden. Just don't get frustrated and remember trial and error. You learn from your mistakes!

I love herbs and fruits. I plan on planting peppers this spring. I'm not a big meat eater, so planting my own veggies would save me alot of money. Thanks for the tips.

I am an agriculture teacher at a rural school. We are starting a garden and were wondering where to sign up for the program.

Home Gardening is great. We plant half an acre of Collard Greens, Turnips, watermelon, cantelope,
butter beans,snap beans,tomatoes,cucumbers,
cabbage, and this is just a few of the many. You can enjoy digging in the earth and picking great
fresh vegetables and limit what pestisides go on them. Wash them well and cook until your hearts delight. Anyone can do it and it's good for your health.

HI Ellen,

We plant about 50 tomato plants each year in our suburban Indianapolis backyard. Yes, it's wonderful to grow fresh veggies but another to preserve them for gifts and the winter months. There's nothing like opening a fresh jar of salsa on a cold mid-west winter day.
I dare you to take your gardening one step further and learn how to can! I'd be happy to teach you. I'd send you some but I'm sure your peeps would think I was trying to poison you or something! Preserve! Don't let all that fresh produce go to waste. Good Luck

Peace and gardening, Tricia Kelly

Ellen,

I grew up on a farm in London Ky, and i love the freshness of a garden so i can show my daughter even though we dont have a farm that we still can have fresh fruit and veggies on our table from our own pots in the windows. I love sharing my experience with her and hoping it will stay with her as it did with me. Growing your own veggies and fruit is the safest, in the day and times we live in. We Admire and Adore you Ellen Love me and my lil family...... Stay Healthy All...

Hey Ellen, Awesome episode!! I wonder how many new gardens will be started because of your efforts!
I have been composting and gardening since I have had the land to do so(about 3 yrs) I try to keep it organic (no GMO seeds) and compost everything I can. A bit of advice for viewers, Salad greens are best grown in rotation. plant a few rows then wait 2-3 weeks and plant your next row etc... this gives you a high yield of greens throughout the growing season.

Dear Ellen, we in Italy and the rest in Europe have been doing gardening for a long time, now that I live in the USA, I still grow my own vegetables.

I hope that everyone can be able to do so, everything taste better.

Love you and your show
best regards to your Mamma and Portia.

Anita

We have a blueberry farm in Florida
poen for "pick your own" open to public April thru May
We also have grow beds with fresh vegetables and lettuce open to public year round!
check out our website:www.barventafarms.com

you have to do everything you can to be green
your soap your pestisieds arenot a good thing
carry a basket tot the store use less water when doing anything
Plant your own food and help others if you can Ellen give thr peopl seed to palnt there own foor start comunity gardens for food

Great great idea...I hope this is just as powerful as everything else Ellen has supported.

Growing is the green way to our food supply...and it's out your back door or on your hook on the porch or in your container on the patio!!

How cool is that?

Hi Ellen, I'm writing to you all the way from Zimbabwe, Africa. I'm a big fan of yours and watch your programmes daily, although they are approx. 2 months behind in this part of the world! I sent you an email about a month ago, but have not had a response, and was wondering whether you have received it at all?

Would love to be there, we were in L.A. last year, tried desparately to get a ticket to the show but failed!!
