It mortifies me to think that people who have never been to NJ may actually believe that the "Jersey Shore" cast accurately represents the type of people who reside in the state! I've lived here my entire life and have spent many Summers at the "Jersey shore"...I can proudly say I bear no resemblence to any of these people! I guess tanning booths and excessive hair gel have a shrinking effect on brain cells!

Being from the Jersey Shore, I speak for everyone from here , those People are a INSULT to us. They are we call BENNY'S (Bayonne, Edison,Newark,New York,Staten Island).We do not act like that or even Dress LIKE that .
Watching your 1100th show I noticed during the game with Jersey Shore cast you said Thomas Edison was from New Jersey. He was actually born in Milan,Ohio on Feb.11th 1847. Love you and you show,makes my day watching. Karen
Ellen, during your interview with the 'Jersey Shore' cast, a message in a blue box came onto the left side of the screen. It read "SOW Ellen your bad paid for tattoo". Notice the word SOW, well, it's obviously a typo but not mine. I am currently unemployed, so if you need someone to do spellcheck for you, give me a call.

Ellen, I was disappointed that you invited the cast of Jersey Shore to your show. I watch your show everyday and absolutely love you!! I am a stay-at-home-mom and was not at all entertained by these wanna be, super losers whose 15 minutes are hopefully up soon. Keep the trash out and bring back real people who have talent and do good for others. It's why I come back and watch everyday. Much love.
