This is a great cookbook; one of the featured chefs is from Akron's Vegiterranean, an amazing vegan restaurant in Akron, Ohio. The food is exquisite along with the ethics that drove its produciton.

Ellen, have you tried VAX-D for your back? My niece had the same problem you have...the pain is instantly gone...her chiropractor does it. You lie down on a machine that pulls you...yes, like the rack of medieval times...well, not exactly...but she had several treatments and NO SURGERY. Good luck! You are in my prayers.
