I was super excited to hear that you had an app for the i phone! My 4 year old was begging me to load it so no matter where we are we could see you. I went to the i tunes store to get the free app and found out that your app is not available in the Canadian i tunes store :(.
We love your show we watch it at 10:00am, while we get ready for school. She dances with you and gets so excited to hear you.

Hi Ellen!! About this sugar thing... ya know that your body requires a min. of a 100 grams of carbs (sugar) a day just to do the basic functions such as..sleeping, your heart beating, waking up. You need more if you want to keep opening your eyes!! Also, another side effect is diarrhea :( So eat sugar for your Health!! Just dont over do it :) Now... I love you and your show! You ROCK!!

Woohoo...Ellen I am joining you on your sugar free mission!!! I decided yesterday as I was watching your show. My girls laughed at me and are going to have fun taunting me with their treats...evil little critters!!! LOL I woke up at 5 this morning because I was getting scared thinking about all the things that have sugar in them...I can't even believe how many things have sugar added!!! I went through my pantry and I will be heading to the grocery store this morning after I get the girls off to school to see if I can find some items that won't make me gag,lol,without sugar!! Wish me luck!!! I will keep you posted!!

i have to ask a question.is it just me or...i've been having problem watching the clips here,it's loading sooooo slowly...i don't know why?
I just wanted to say I love your show and I watch it everyday that I have a chance to...My 2 year old son even sits and watches with me most times. He found an old watch and somehow set the alarm on it to go off at 11:00 am everyday and that happens to be the time your show comes on in my area. So when we here the alarm I automatically turn to local channel 3 and watch your show. I think your great.
Today's show was the all time best for me. Sorry my husband had to work on one of the houses for the kids. LL Cool J is my all time favorite for male visual effects to admire from afar, if that's the only way it has to be. Serena Williams is my husbands favorite. I mean my sister made sure he had the magazines with her special photo, I don't think that will make it on your list of bad photos you paid for. I was so excited I forgot to go down and DVR it for him. Too bad he has the DVR downstairs in his Man Cave instead of upstairs where I could get to it easier. I wish I had thought of it earlier you could of had his fitness book there for him to autograph for me and the magazine for Serena to autograph for my husband. I would have paid for them and the shipping too. We love your show, I watch with my mom every day. My husband use to talk about us and our chick shows and now I find him turning to it.

I just got off sugar myself....it's day 2. I don't even eat refined sugar, but I was eating a lot of fruit...esp dried fruit. It's the sneaky way of getting sugar in. But I feel deprived and angry, so I know that I definitely was/am addicted. I'm glad to know that you are doing this too. It will keep me inspired....as you always do. Thank you!!!!

I love your show. It is wonderful to see someone else out there that shares my sense of humor. I watch your show every day. I actually have it recorded so when Im at class and can't watch I record it so I can watch when I get home. I love it when you try to get your guests to guess the mystery word. What a good idea. I also, loved the game you played where you had to make the animal noises, I think it would be fun to do with the audience to. What a wonderful show keep the good times coming.
