I will definitly try this recipe!! I've craving nachos for so long.. !!

I really can't tell you just HOW incredibly excited I am that you've been having segments on your show re: vegan lifestyles and recipes; as well as including the recipes on your website! Thank you so, so much for raising awareness of cruelty-free living! Rock on, Ellen!

Go Saints.......

Hi Ellen, Love your show, my grandson and I watch you every day, You stated you had new recepoes for hotdogs, I tried to find them, but I have a very old pc that was given to me and I just get so far and it konks out, could you please send me these recipies? thanks, please keep on making us laugh, we all need it!

My husband and I are both vegans and we really appreciate that you put vegan recipes up and share how great veganism really is. We love you! Keep up the amazing work!

I think it's great that people want to consume fewer animal products. However, the vegan dishes you are sharing are filled with soy products and MSG (although the MSG may be labeled under a different name, thanks to the FDA).

I'm all for eating healthy, but people who choose to get their protein from soy products need to research soy. Ninety percent of it is genetically modified thanks to Monsanto. It's not the fermented healthy stuff our Asian friends eat.

And MSG basically leaves holes in your brain.

I'm not trying to be a Debbie Downer, but in my quest for healthier eating I've done a lot of research and found that what the FDA allows foodmakers to put in processed food is probably why there is an increase in autism, alzheimers, cancer and diabetes.

I love you Ellen, so therefore I love the other folks who watch you too! When we make choices to eat healthier, it must include a knowledge of everything that goes into that "healthy" product!

Read "Death by Supermarket" by Nancy Deville. It will change what's in your kitchen forever. Live Long!

Ellen and Chef Roberto,
Thank you very much for the, Vegan Chili and Nacho Cheese recipe,I will make it this weekend.

Chef Roberto, have you thought about publishing a Vegan Cookbook in the near future?I hope so!I would be the first one to buy a copy.
Chef Roberto, have a great and safe weekend.

Ellen and Portia,I Love you and TWO BIG HUGS.Have a great and safe weekend.

Ellen,see ya'next week.
Michele

I just made and ate these nachos. Let me tell you.. especially for someone who is not yet a vegetarian (though I am in the process) I wasn't sure how it would taste. It was absolutely DELICIOUS!! I would make it again and again and will even fool my superbowl hardcore meat eating guests with this dish on Sunday!! I used Yves mexican veggie ground round (because I couldn't find smart ground) and I made my own taco seasoning mix for the cheese sauce and I was really just so thrilled with it. I think my skeptical 16 year old would even love it.

Thank you Chef Roberto (I could snuggle you like a bug) and thank you Ellen for helping to inspire me to eat better, go vegetarian and care more about what happens to all the animals we consume! You really should rule the world!

I would love to see more of your chef on the show. You have helped influence my decision to become vegan tremendously :) I do have a minor obstacle I am hypothyroid and soy products are alledgedly a bad thing for your thyroid. Ths is bad b/c I love soy and tempura products...If he could post some soy-free recipes that would be awesome.I am also now thanks to you sugar free. I feel great. I am 42 and recently had a baby which was the greatest influence on my lifestyle change. Anyway thank you for having your chef on. I hope to see much more of him...he's funny to. Maybe when you take over the world you can make it a vegan place for all!

Thanks for the great vegan recipes Ellen! Oprah has something similar on right now but her recipes call for murdered animals. I know she's your friend but it's not like she doesn't know how the animals are treated. You really walk the walk and that's why I LOVE YOU. Thanks again!

My boyfriend and I are vegans and we greatly appreciate this recipe for us to try!!! :)

Whoa whoa whoa... Vegan nacho cheese without NUTRITIONAL YEAST?! Heresy!

Your chef's recipes look amazing. Can't wait to try them. However, I need to find out the nutritional info! Where/how can I get that info. I wish that the info would be included w/the recipes. Can you help?

Vegan Nachos for the win!!!

Hey Ellen; I am possibly your biggest fan and my life has been enhanced enormously just by knowing you for all these years. And since learning you and Portia are vegan, it has cemented my resolve to continue to become more and more vegan myself. I can't wait to learn more about your chef's recipes. Now my youngest daughter, who is 16, because of you is becoming vegan. We both love animals and love that we are making more humane eating choices. Thank you so much. Love Jacki.

P.S...My 11 year old daughter (at the time) read your book when it first came out and she caught my attention because she would be in the back seat of the car peeing her pants with laughter. Ever since reading your book, I have tried not to miss your show. Without a TiVo I have to pray that I am not doing anything else when your show airs because I don't know how I would live without your positive, humanitarian energy uplifting my life every day....

SO HAPPY YOU ARE ROOTING "WHO DAT!" not that we expected that you wouldn't!!!

WHO DAT Ellen!!!

Hi Ellen,

I am a huge fan and love watching your show everyday. I have tried entering some of you contests from home, but I have a very limited knowledge of computers. The only way I can enter is to download a picture of myself and I don't know how to do that. Is there a reason that you require a photo in order to enter your contests?

Thank you for all that you do and the blessings that you share with others.

Your fan, Jennifer Smith
