I could definitely use this money to pay some medical bills from getting hurt(Had to have surgery and metal plates put in my shoulder) in a car accident that I was a passenger in.
The insurance paid some of the bills but I am left with thousands of dollars worth of bills and now I'm being sued for the remainder which I can't afford.

Here I am again Ellen, I have not been on facebook but have sent you two e-mails. Waiting for my packet for your 3/15/10 show. I, (We, my 3 daughters and myself) can hardly wait. Hey Ellen myname ramona and I want a chance to win the ae card so I can give to my daughter and her husband. They have had a rough year that they did not buy or have a christmas at thier house for thier children of ages 5 yr old boy and 3 yr old girl. We had our christmas at our house on the 27 of Dec. Because my husband had hip surgery on the 24 of Dec in Dallas. While I was there I bought toys at the gift shop for them and before we left I had ordered presents for my 13 yr old son and grandchildren. The presents were not much but they had smiles. My daughter and her husband were in the army and are now vets. My daughter was one the first ones to be in Iraq when the war started. SHE WAS there when first bomb hit and help lay out the pipes from kuwait to Iraq. She was there for 18 months. She was going back and was traing when she jumped in the bunker and hurt her back. So she was considered disabled for the army but not for civillian life. She didnt recieve much from the army after she gave so much. Now she lives with pain. Her husband is the same he got hurt in iraq but stayed thier and came back signed up for a few more years. He is orking now on fort hood in killeen texas finally. They were married before they left for basic training. She lefton may 27, he left june 3 and they were married on may 18 the year before the war. They have had a tough year she has had her car repoed, they have almost had thier truck reppoed, hoise foreclosed and utilities closed.They have pawned game syems and have gone to get goveernment assistant. Hey Ellen i would love to be on your show with my lifelong partner Michael. I sent in a letter to be on your show for Valentines Day but don't know if it went thru! We have been together for 22 years now and have been thru many ups and downs but our love has stayed strong. In the years we have been together I have been discharged from my job for being gay 3 times. Two times were in Jersey and thank God there were laws to allow me to prove my case. In Nevada there are no laws so I am out of work and can not do a thing about the discrimination.We have aquired 2 kids ( pets ) on our journey of life and love. Baby Boy who turns 21 this year. He is a uromastyx lizard and is spoiled rotten. Gorby is 5 years old and he is a russian tortoise. Oh yea we also have an aquarium of bugs. They have been with us for 15 years.They are Madagascar hissing roaches... don't ask but they are part of the family too !! Our home furnishings/ collection is African with a Gothic touch. Great African pieces from our friend Docia who we met in Atlantic City. We also have a great G.I.Joe and Batman collection.Please allow us some time on your show and we will entertain y'all. I have been collecting autographs since I was 15 and we have signed photos throughout our apartment/home.We even met your mom back in Philly when she did the Human Righs campaign!!The only thing missing for us which we have never been able to afford is a home that we could call our own, so if you ever want to do one of those shows like Oprah wowee we would love to be the recipients. Whenever you and yours are ever in Vegas please feel free to come and visit us... I guarantee you both will leave with many memories and laughter.Michael and I are both chefs but since moving to Vegas he has gone into Horticulture and I was managing restaurants. I joke now that Michael grows it and I cook it !!Our two good friends in the biz are Martha Reeves and Mary Wilson. In fact Martha calls us her Sugar Baby Twins hence our e-mail sbtwins@cox.net.

Luv u Ellen....would enjoy winning so I can buy new clothes that fit me. In past few years had somebody hit my car from behind and needed neck surgery, lost my job as a nurse, was then dx'ed with breast cancer and had 18 months of chemo and just had total knee replacement from all the side effects. Nothing fits, but my spirits are great and I do the best I can. Work PT for Social Security. I would also use the money to start sewing very pretty and sexy lingerie for women who have had same surgery. I just bought a few patterns and look forward to helping other women. Can no longer work as a nurse! Tah Tah from the missing TahTah's nurse.

I would use the 500 gift card to buy some "luxury" items like vitamins for the immune system, and a new loveseat. I have been stuck home with horrible and degrading joints, so something with new cushions vs poking broken springs would be amazing!

I recently moved from fla.to NY.to look for a job..in whatever I get to hold on to till I can go back to orthodontist Assistant..I'm renting a room from a nice family who I dont know..lost everything in florida(economy)...then lost everything again in the December flashflood in south Fla..Its been hard but I wake up every day thankful for what little I got..And when I get on Twitter I'm always happy to see you on my page cackin me up with some joke..sometimes I wach ur show..when I'm not out there job hunting..I'd really love to win the $500.
