When I was 10 or 11, I used to shop with my father at the local grocery store. Whenever he heard music, he started to dance down the isle. How embarassing. Reminded me of what Jennifer said in today's show, the need to dance. I do it myself whenever I am alone.
Have tried to get my husband involved in initimate dancing when we are alone, however . . . .
My dad remarried after my mom died and he loved to dance at an old people's dance club, the "Silver Cloud". How appropriate is the name!
I'm almost 62 and still love to dance. Whenever I get out on the dance floor, all the young kids go sit down. They can't handle the competition from the 60's, when we really danced!!!
Ellen - I am a huge Jennifer Lopez fan and a loyal fan of your show. I LOVED the skit and Jen's performance,she is the ultimate beauty of elegance and so talented. I love her laughter, the both of you together was great! I admire Jen for her hard work and perseverance.

I just have a great dancing time ... when you and the audience dance... I dance... you haven't shown the audience dancing before the show starts in a while... would you think about showing it again periodically..... I love it... and I notice when you use to show it.. the audience loved it as well..

Hello Ellen like to watch your show I seen JLo on your show today she is so pretty. Ellen I wish I had written you earlier you know my birthday is on Christmas Day and I fill that maybe next year you can have a show on people Birthday that is on Christmas day because every since I was little I was never given a birthday party because everyone so into Christmas and I was forgotten. Later after everyone had open there Christmas presents my mother or father would remember it was my birthday and that use to really hurt, cause I never felt my birthday was special. But it would be nice for you to invite me to your show with other Dec 25th birthday people I would love to fill like Queen for a day that was a program on TV in the 60's would watch with my mother ask your mother about that show it was good. Hey Ellen, I forgot to mention something earlier on my post. I just got home from a long day with my mom who is very ill, but she has a GREAT spirit. So to come home and watch your show everyday is a blessing you make me laugh and forget all the things going around me. So a Big Thank you and I also Love the way you are with your mom!!
