hi ellen:) my name is sara werner i am 29 and i suffer from severe p.t.s.d. i was wondering if you could do a show to teach people and make them more aware of p.t.s.d! i feel like everyone in my life thinks it's all excuses they do not have any understanding of what us sufferer's deal with on a daily basis and the pain we go through from the stress on our body's! i would really appreciate it!!!!!! also the buried life has inspired me to want to reach for the top dream ever....which would be to meet stevie nicks, she is my hero

Ellen,
First of all I would like to thank you for your generosity and selfless act toward a couple that had lost his job and was 4 months late facing forclosure.I too have lost everything, my job of 14 years in sept 2007 due to illnesses I recieved during my deployment to the gulf war. my house was forclosed on but I didnt give up I finially got another job after 9 months and thought I was on cloud 9. I was able to give my family a good christmas and a new place to live. This was short lived, I was hired in june 2008 and by march 2009 I was once again jobless, and again I have to thank my military service, you see I spent 4 tours in the gulf from 1990 to 1994, lets see the campaigns were Desert Storm Desert Shield, Iraqy Freedom, Privide Comfort. I suffer from PTSD and severe back condition that requires me to take 130mg of morphine a day. When I was let go from my last job in Illinois my inlaws convinced us to move back to NH and stay with my mother inlaw whom had a 5 bedroom house. We could stay as long as we needed until I got back on my feet with collecting disbility through VA and SSDI. I do get some disability from va but its only rated at 40% which is not even close enough to raise 2 girls Alexis 11 and Jacqueline 8 and a boy Zachary 11. Well all was fine until my mother inlaw started medeling and convinced others that I had a drug problem which caused me to fall down frequently which was really due to muscle deteriation couused from my back condition. I ended up at wentworth douglas ccu when my left leg gave out as it does frequently and fell down a flight of stairs. upon my return home my mother inlaw through my family out the day I was released from the hospital and threatened to take my children from us. So now we are living in a cold basement at my sisters house god bless her, with no chance of housing any time soon. There is a lot more to say, I am just trying to get the jest to you and see if you can help.
Sincerely
James Thurber
Please respond with something.

I have been trying to participate in all your games and giveways but it will not allow me to enter since I am from Canada.

I am truly disappointed that Canadians cannot participate as I am sure you have a huge fan base from Canada.

However, I still watch your show every day and really enjoy it. You are truly a great comedian and a lovely human being.

Thank you for making me laugh.
