Some really good info here thanks. I like many other people have been trying for longer than I care to remember to loose weight. The Doctor keeps telling me to do something about and (and give up smoking) and although I do try, I just can't stick to it. My girlfriend is trying the new Fat Burning Furnace diet which she reckons is working really well and she has lost 5lbs in only a week - has anyone around here tried it and has it worked for you?
Hello Ellen, I have been seeing previews for the movie Precious at my local theatre. From the first time I saw it I knew I had to see it. I was just checking out locations and it's not playing anywhere near me. I am Outraged...is there anyway that we can get this movie released everywhere? Do you know of any websites we can go to about General Releases...Please and thank you for your help..

As I lay here in bed with a buldging disc in my lower back,in lots of pain ,pins and needles down my right leg,severe muscle spasims.

I will see the movie "Precious". I have heard you talk about how "ugly" the movie is. But the truth is, life is ugly. And life sucks. And it is ok for directors, producers, actors to show that side of life. They should show that side of life. I believe movies should be made to tell a story, not to win awards. And yes, life is beautiful and miraculous, too. Just not all the time for anybody.
I am envious of Monique's relationship with her husband. When I gained weight, my husband said I am ugly and I don't want you anymore. We are divorced now (of course). I will never have another relationship with anybody who does not love me for who I am and not what I look like.
Monique is so awesome. I have to watch your show everyday before the kids get home from school. It is my comic relief before my evening job kicks in. Thanks for the uplift and consideration to people who need financial help. I hope those Granny Workouts have not caused your back to spasm. I flipped off my ATV 2 years ago and now cannot work. I still have spasms in my back. I feel your pain girl. Take care and keep smiling.
