Syrup for Split Ends:
Not only great on your hotcakes, but the sugars, acids and salts restore
lost moisture to your dry and damaged hair and give it extra body and
shine. Massage 1/2 a cup of syrup into the scalp and dry ends. Wrap hair in
Saran wrap for 20 to 30 min.
Pumpkin Facial:
Thanksgiving was yesterday, and after you've made your Pumpkin pies, don't just throw out that leftover pumpkin. Take the innards of the pumpkin, mash them up and put them in a food processor and lay the puree on your face for 10 mins. as a mask. The Beta Carotene is great for your skin.
Bag Your Feet:
Do you have calloused or rough feet? Crush 5 aspirins and combine them with some lemon juice until they form a paste. Rub all over your feet and then place a plastic bag around each foot. Then sit for 15 mins. The acidic lemon combined with the acid in the aspirin will remove dead skin on your feet and leave them silky smooth.
Firmer Breasts:
To keep breasts firmer and tighten the skin tissue, mix 1 tsp. of Vitamin E oil, 1 tbsp. of yogurt, 1 tbsp. honey and 1 egg substitute. Massage the mixture onto your breasts, mostly up by the pectoral muscles, and wear an old bra over the mixture for 20 mins.
