Wow! I could not even guess about it)) Not bad.

Dear Ellen,I know you have heard this many times over an over, but i think your amazing!I am writing about a friend of mine.I would help her but i am on a fixed income. She is also on a fixed income. She is very religous,we have a car together an someone put vineger in it an the motor went out. That was our only way to get to the doctors n the store,so now we have to walk in the cold.We have no family to help,All we need is a $1,000 to put a motor in the car.I know that it is not your problem, but do you think you could help.Maybe not,but we will always love you an watch your show. Also my friend is over weight,an had the banding surgery, but she will not let me walk by myself, for she said it isnt fair to me.Betty Gerry

Hey Ellen,kaw Kaw KAW!!!!
I have been watching your show since you first aired!! You always keep me in laughter or tears, I've never gotten so many emotions from one person before in my life. I am writing to ask you help my daughter Tabitha, she is an amazing young lady and mother of 2 that I am very proud of, she has worked for the last ten years to put her husband through college, she never complains. Every month she struggles with what utility can be paid before disconnection. She also has 3 terriers that she feeds so they have maybe on a good month $10.00 dollars left over. They are thousands of dollars in debt from the student loans that she gets so overwhelmed. Just recently her 13 year old son took a job to help, and although I am very very proud of him I am also saddend that he feels the need to help instead of just being a kid, so you could imagine how remarkable of a woman and mother that she is. I'm asking that you please consider her for your doughvember giveaway. Loving you always, Lorri Bain

Hi Ellen your show is great i watch every chance i get.I am writing today not for myself but for my daughter and my four grandchildren.I am on a limited income and do everything i can even if it means going without. They are staying in a motel weekly for the winter. There father just left them to fend for themself again.I am worried they are going to end up homeless again and with me living in a small apartment i do not have the room. Then we have christmas coming up.I think it is great that you are helping people.God bless Betty

DeAr Ellen

Hello, Fist off let me say I love your show. I love to see you break it down and dance, your great. I have been watching your show and what you done today was great. I have to say I know how hard it is. Im a single mother of three children 7, 9, and 12. I lost my job as well and have had the hardest time. But i am a full time college student. I have credit card companys calling on a daily basis wnating money, not to mention many other people. My car is falling apart, it started smoking today and I have no way of fixing it. Christmas just around the corner and It is very depressing. Christmas used to be my favorite time of year, but with no job and no income it is the most depressing.
God bless you for all you do.

Good morning Ellen on a Friday the 13th. I would just like to say I think it is wonderful what you are doing for all of these people that are in need of special things, and the games you have going are wonderful. I just hope some day I will be able to come and see you live, I have been such a huge fan since your Ellen TV sitcom and love you to death. Hope to see you sometime soon. Have a wonderful holiday.

GOOD MORNING ELLEN. THE 1ST THING I HAVE TO SAY IS THAT I LOVE YOUR SHOW. FOR THE PAST FEW DAYS I WANT TO SAY THAT I'M SORRY THAT I MISSED THEM. MY MOTHER IS IN THE HOSPITAL WITH A BAD HEART. MY DAD AND I HAVE BEEN RUNNING 3 TIME A DAY TO THE HOSPITAL. I HOPE IS WILL BE HOME TODAY ON THERE 61 ANNIVERSARY. MY POOR MY MINE IS STARTING TO GO. I DON'T KNOW HOW MUCH MY DAD IS GOING TO BE ABLE TO DO BY HIMSELF. I'M NOT WORKING RIGHT NOW, BECAUSE I LAYED OFF FROM MY JOB. THINGS ARE VERY TOUGH WITH US. MY BILLS ARE LATE. THE MORTAGE IS ON TIME ONLY. I JUST DON'T KNOW HOW WE ARE GOING TO GET THOUGH ALL THIS. WE ALSO HAVE 6 GRANDCHILDREN AND THIS YEAR THE GIFTS ARE GOING TO BE VERY LITTLE IF ANY GIFTS AT ALL. AT OUR AGE I NEVER THOUGHT THIS WOULD EVER HAPPEN TO US . THAT MONEY IS SO LITTLE TO WORK WITH. . SO THANKS FOR YOUR GREAT SHOWS THAT MAKES MY DAY WHEN I WATCH YOU GIVE SO MUCH OF YOUR SELF. YOU ARE ONE IN THE MILLION. KEEP DOING WHAT YOU ARE DON'T EVER STOP BEING YOU.
YOUR FRIEND TINA K

Ellen, first of all let me just say that I absolutely love your show-I can always count on you to brighten my day and often warm my heart! Watching you present Jenny Cahalan, a dear friend of mine, with the money she needed to secure her home was so surreal-it seemed like a dream! She is one of the most thoughtful, generous people I have ever met. She regularly gives of herself to help others-thank you for repaying her in a way that no one else could!

Ellen,

You are an incredible human being! Thanks for helping us. We will always be filled with gratitude! You are such a wonderful person!!!

Ellen,

you have helped us so much and we thank you so much for everything! You are the BEST!!!

Dear Ellen,

Thank you for helping out our daughter and grandson. You are such a giving person and we are so appeciative of this wonderful gift you have given them....John

Dear Ellen,

Thank you so much for helping out Jennifer and Ryan. It is so hard to be a single parent and teachers do not make enough money. You are a beautiful person, Ellen! Thanks for always making me smile at all of the kind things you do!

Do your homework next time, Ellen. She got you good!!

Thank goodness I read at least ONE post that was critical of Mariah Carey's lack of taste when it comes to clothing. I can't believe no one else commented on it. Tacky and classless doesn't even cover it although it covers more than Mariah was covering. That's an outfit I'd expect to see on a late night show, not on daytime TV where children are watching and then to make comments about "how does it look from this side" and "oh, don't shoot her from the front" type of attitude to bring more attention to the situation. I'm not a prude but come on. She looks like a tramp. She can sell as many albums as she wants, she can earn as much money as she wants but this shows that you cannot buy class. Thank goodness I DVR the show and could fast forward through that mess.

Ellen your show is so awesome The guest are always interesting & very entertaining and the heart of gold you have is so unreal. Thats super I wish you lived closer, and shed some of your wonderful power on my son He gets two steps ahead and falls back 4 he cant ever get ahead I will continue to watch ELLEN u are awesome I wish the world was full of ELLENS....

OMG that was wonderful what you did for that single Mom and her son! We are all in a financial bind of some sort, and that made me cry...tears of happiness! I hope she finds the home of her dreams. I am sure this will be a Christmas for them to remember forever...Ellen, you are truly an angel. Love ya tons:)

Hey Ellen, it's Tantania. I just wanted to share something with you. Well after graduating, I got the job at CVS. I have been working full time but I have to help my mom pay bills. And now my older sister has gotten a job as a crossing guard but we only have one car which is a 1990 van that has been badly damaged on the driver side. I am in debt with the bank and with my school for my loans. I cry almost daily because all I want to do is make a better life for me and my family but I can't do that with one car and being in debt. Im just asking for a little help please. Im not being picky I just need a little help. You are an angel. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I was watching ur show today and you are so awesome. I saw what you did for this woman and her son and YOU ROCK! You have a very big and kind heart. Thank you for being such a wonderful and compassionate human being. May God continue to bless you and your family always.

Jennifer Cahalan is an amazing wonderful person and I am so absolutely overjoyed that Elen chose to do this for her. I wish all of you could know her and know how wonderful and deserving of this she is. I have been in tears all day thinking about this and how this will genuinely change the path of not only her life, but her darling son, Ryan. Miss Cahalan - we love you!!!!
