i love comedy and often buy boxset in hotdvdmovie.com

It's kind of cliche but I love your show. I watch every day after dropping by special need son at Goodwill. I love the parts where you help someone out to see them so happy makes me cry(I admit it). Your show is vastly different from the other talk shows in that you genuinely love what you are doing, it shows in your smile. You don't present your self as being better than anyone. I have a lot of medical issues plus the fact I am unemployed for the second time in five years. My 21yo daughter pays for most of my medical bills while paying for her own bills. I wish I could give her a surprise for Christmas since an unemployment check doesn't go very far. She gives so much to me unselfishly that just once I wish I could give something back to her. She works at a car dealer ship and his going to community college to earn her teachers degree so she can teach. She has her head on straight and is a great daughter. I have done for my kids my whole life and have never asked for help. But since being laid off in Jan '09 you have to face reality and know that sometimes you do have to ask for help. Not a whole lot just a little. Thank you for listening to me and have a great Christmas and Happy New Year. P.S my favorite part of the show is when you do your dance and get the audience involved.

Hi Ellen,
I love your show. You are one of the few people who make me laugh out loud. I look forward to your show everyday. I have never bought the O magazine before but I did just for you.

Hi Ellen
Well my bad luck just keeps holding out. I could not even manage good luck to help others. Any way I will keep getting my daily laughter from you. I had hoped to see your show someday but finances are just to tight for us. We three fall behind trying not to so gas to get there is impossible. I will always watch you from home though. Have a happy holiday season.

Hi Ellen, You are the bombdiggity...I love your show. I used to be a workaholic raising my daughters I had to work some 120 hrs every 2weeks to support them. Now I reside in South Carolina and my girls are all on there own. I am very proud of them, but my middle daughter, who made me a grandmother is having a hard time she is working and going to school for nursing. I will be taking care of my grandaughter for her until she is finished school..Ellen I am not writing to ask you for anything. But if you could give my daughter a shout out. I would greatly appreciate it..She had my grandaughter when she was 18yrs old. And she has stepped up to the plate as a mother and for that I am proud of her. She is trying to make a life for her and her daughter but she can't do everything without something or someone falling thru the cracks. So this is why I am taking care of my grandaughter (I call her Snickerdoodle). My daughter (Wendy Wiley) is an amazing person and I would love if your words of encouragement would give her that extra momemtum of confidence to countinue on her journey for a better life for her and her daughter...Thank You

Ellen, I work a strange "afternoon" shift (6pm-4:30am). I DVR the show (10am in Detroit) and watch when I get home. My wife and daughter know that it must be time to get-up in the morning because they can hear the show. Thanks for being there for me at the end of my day. I love the diverse talent and humor that you bring to the show. Merry Christmas from Michigan !!

Hi Ellen!

I LOVE your show! The games, the dancing, the pranks, hysterical. I watch other talk shows, too, but you are my FAVORITE. No one gives as much as you do or cares as much as you do. You genuinely care about people and do so much to help them. You are the best person on tv. Love you lots, Jackie

Hi Ellen my family & I are from Australia and we love your show, especially the dancing & the games. We love Tony and the funny photos you post of him. I just want to thank you for being so caring of the less fortunate especially in these hard time and at this time of year as there are so few people out there willing to give. We would like to see more of "Know or Go" We just love it when they fall but we love all your games and we would love for you to bring your show down under some time that would be fantastic. Anyway we would just like to wish you, Portia, your family & Tony a Merry & Safe Christmas full of joy and all things good. Here is hoping you get lots of presents from Jolly old Santa. Love from the Budrodeen's.

Hi Ellen- I enjoy watching your program, every day. More than two years ago, I became permanently disabled. Arthritis is eating away my joints. I had a knee replaced in September of 2007. A very saintly woman, my very best friend came to visit me everyday for the week while I was in hospital, and for nearly three months after; she came to my home, and insured that I had food and attended all my dr. appts. She also made me walk, even when I didn't want to. Her visits were always timed, so that we would watch your show in its entirety. My friend knew that you were the greatest therapy. I continue to "rehab" every day at 4pm. My friend celebrated her 69th birthday, and I have no way to repay her kindness since now I exist on Social Security Disability Income. I am not asking for special favors for myself. All I ask, is if you have an extra couple of tickets for your 12 Days of Christmas shows this year- I could spend some "medicinal" time with my angel of a friend, and maybe she could get some special gift as well.
She never expected anything in return, but she is very deserving of a special reward. The doctors healed my leg (partially), but my friend and you, of course, kept me from giving up. She fed me physically, and you gave my Spirit it's daily dose of Vitamin E (for Ellen). Thank you for your time. Bless you always, Ms. Mickey Gutierrez (mkygtz2@yahoo.com)

I love your show. I try and watch every chance I get. I work alot and have nothing to record it. But when home I there with you. I'm glad your show is own. Something to make people smile and feel better with all that is going on in the world today. Thanks for the smiles.

Ellen,
I love your Doughvember! You are doing fabulous thigs for people! I just worry about the people getting all this. I know they have to pay taxes at their marginal tax rate and they are getting this stuff because they are needy. I'm glad you are giving cash too, as they will need it to pay taxes and be able to improve their lives!

I Tivo your show every day = i love it!

Ellen,

I DVR your show everyday and i don't know why but I cry the whole time I watch. Not just part of the time, but the ENTIRE time. I guess it is because you represent hope and joy to me. Even on days when my health is not good (I have a heart condition) Even when I don't think I am going to be able to pay the bills and I am worried about my kids, you make me so happy that I weep. I love you Ellen. I believe you are the most amazing woman and I want to thank you for making me feel good no matter what is going on in my life.

Jennie

Ellen you r great I watch you everyday that is the only part of my day that I truley smile. I recently sent you a letter in regards to my situation and I am really hoping you can be my miracle before I loose everything I have including my animals which will break my heart I can't even bare the thought of having to put them in a shelter even though I volunteer at a shelter, I still feel that every animal should have a home and it breaks my heart to see them all caged up with no one to love them other than an occassional volunteer. I pray that you can help me.
