What am i doing wrong i can not get a reply from any of the different ways i have tried to contact someone about finding out why i was charged for the the O Magazine last month and still have not received it???

Ellen, I decided to try one of the products you advertised on your show and like I thought, i never received it? Why? How come? I purchase the Shake Weight For me ($29.95 + $9.95 shipping) on or about October 9th from the ad you had on your web site.
Today is November 1st and guess what...NO SHAKE WIGHT...and do you really want to laugh.. they say if you are not satisfied they will give you triple your money back.. Do you know what they call triple your money back??? Price of the product, shipping charges and taxes.. to me triple your money back is $29.95 + $9.95 times 3 or $119.70 maybe math wasn't my best subject in school but I am sure that triple means three times what the total price you paid is. I majored in English and know the language well enough to understand triple or three times..
I can not contact the company because they don't give an email address and the 800 number they list, they tell you to dial another one and that one doesn't answer.. hmmmmmmmm I wonder how well you check the company's you advertise on your show.??? N

Hi Ellen! Just wanted to say thank you for having such awesome shows. That's the only show my daughter watches and dances to! She a year old and it so cute. I'm trying to tape her dancing with you..no luck yet. I am going to Miami just because we want to meet Jeannie or we wish she can come to Fort Myers, FL just to say hi! I just wanted to say to the people hating on Ellen for the Shake Weight commercial and for the GMC car give away to Jeanne. Ellen gives back to the community so much. There is no reason to bash her for all the positivity she has brought to the lives of all generations. I know that she is a family show but unless you have children that have been taught sick things that would even understand why ELlen and others thought that commercial was funny then you are sick person for instilling those thoughts into their heads. So shame on you.
Ellen you are a wonderful person and I have a ton of respect for you and what you do for the people around you!

GM may have given the car to the Ellen show I betdollars to donuts Ellen gives it away to some one in need in the near future sodon't be so quick to critise.if you watch Ellen regularly like I have since she came on the air. She has been nothing but caring and generous to a fault. I live in Canada and am not asking Ellen to send me anything except her usually fantastic and funny show. I suffer from Anxiety/Depression and she can make me laugh. One thing I though i would never do again 5 years ago. Keep up the great work Ellen my love to you and Porscha.

Ellen, you bring laughter and joy to so many people with your show. I can't remember an episode that doesn't make me laugh so hard that I'm brought to tears at one point or another. However, I couldn't help but respond to your monologue today. Having been in the food and beverage industry for decades, I know I speak for all food and beverage servers across America who have had the disgusting chore of scrapping gum from the undersides of tables by guests who choose not to dispose of it properly. If I had a nickel for every wad of abc gum I've had to scrape off the bottom of a table late night after a hard days work, when all I really want to do is go home, I could have retired years ago. Perhaps you could give your viewers a better option for their used gum..no tables and no driveways. Thanks Ellen and keep the laughs coming!
