Hi Ellen! Loved your interview with Taylor Swift. When you said that she makes the world a better place, you were right on. My 7-year-old loves Miss Swift and I couldn't pick a sweeter more talented role model.
In between segments, however, there was a commercial for a concert here in Minnesota and tickets went on sale the next day for $25! I was thrilllllllleeeeedddd because my daughters birthday is coming up and we are on a VERY tight budget, but I knew that this would be the best gift of all time. When I tried to get tickets, however, I couldn't get thru and when I did they were all sold out. I actually cried. But what made me so mad was that I went direcctly on the internet and saw people were selling the same $25 tickets for $100 or more! I wasso upset! I can't possibly afford that and it make me mad that people because of their greed took that opportunity away from my daughter. I think Taylor would be dissappointed to. I;m sure I'm not the first person that this has happened to, but just wanted you to know. Maybe pass it on to Miss Swift, because I just have a feeling she would care and maybe try to change the policy of tickets. Or maybe I'm just totally crazy!

wOw..two of my most favorite people in one show(^^,)love it! Ellen is such a nice person, very funny but in a non-offensive way and she always comes up with something fun without trying too hard. Ellen You are a great person. I've been trying to get your newsletter from your web site and I can not because it is required that I have a phone. I have not had any income in 3 yrs I'm ill,and disabled,fighting for Social Security. I keep running into this problem with everything, I can't email my congressmen either due to no phone some of us out here just do not have anything. I use to have a life, a job, now I'm worthless at 43. I just have a few things left from when I had a real life one is a laptop I get on line 2 maybe 3 times a week at the library or I sit outside the Cafe in town or if I have a dollar I get coffee (however the Cafe doesn't really like having me in there for the extended time as I can not tip nor buy food so I try very hard to limit the time) Mostly I sit at the apt. scared and wondering just how I became so dang worthless. I watch your show (antenna obviously not cable) and laugh and cry with you and your guest's sometimes I even feel human again.I wish I could be useful again, I wish you all the best and please can you remove the requirement for a phone number so I can get your newsletter it would be something to look forward to.
