Hi Ellen! I have always admired and looked up to you.! i think your amazing. I love how u help people all the time. thats what i want to do with my life, im just kinda lost on how to do that right now, i ALWAYS look at what your reading caz i LOVE to read, the hard part is that i dont like checking books out from the librbay, caz i have a weird OCD thing about that, i have to own the books i read. I just dont have enough money to buy books, but i LOVE looking at what your reading.!
Ellen, I love that you know about Pema Chodron. I have her on my ipod and listen to her books all the time. On days when life is tough, I listen to one of her books on my ipod all night. I appreciate her realistic approach to self growth. At the beginning of your show, when you send back the positive energy of the audience..to the audience, i feel like you are practicing tonglen. Just my thoughts on it. If you ever have her on your show, get her to dance!
