TO CONNIE: The large number of comments critical of Kate has less to do with us being pro Jon and more to do with us being sick and tired of Kate's whining anywhere she can find a camera and a microphone. We object to The Ellen D. Show giving her the opportunity to do so. She and Jon both are responsible for this mess and as I stated in my earlier post, both she and Jon need to shut up for the sake of their children.

I can not believe the negative comments against Kate being made by women. How many women have been left holding the bag by an immature cad thinking only of himself. Kate's left not with a couple of kids to take care of,but with eight to feed, clothe,shelter,educate and have the responsibility to raise these children as decent,loving, emotionally stable human beings. She never thought she would be left in this situation alone. Can you not imagine how scarey that would be. And the humiliation that she has had to endure publically at the hands of Jon and the media. I am sure shem goes on the shows to defend herself against the lies that have been told on her. I am sure the only security she has for their future is that she might continue doing the show with the children. Doing the show she can work and be with the children at the same time being financialy secure, and not a poverty ridden single mother trying to raise her children as another reader just decribed. I wish all single mothers had the opportunity Kate has for financial success, and you bet your sweet ### if I were in her predictment I'd be fighting to keep it.

Ellen, I hope you are reading everyone's comments. you really did make a poor decision by putting kate on your show. you are just feeding into the frenzy. seriously, what is wrong with kate? i wish that she would go home to her beautiful children and be a real mother. 5 years from now, her beautiful children will be 10 and 14? they are going to grow up so fast and one day kate will regret not spending time with them. you can never turn back time. it's october, the kids just started school in september. don't you think that it's a crucial time for them to have mommy around? what if they want to talk to you about school, or how they're being bullied by other kids, or how everyone at school knows about their parents' dirty laundry and that it bothers them? You might be going through a lot right now with the divorce, but your kids are hurting more than you are. and to leave them with babysitters for days during this difficult time just so you can break some record of appearing on the most tv shows and interviews- PLEASE. you make me sick. the worst thing of all is that you claim everything you do is for the kids. i can bet you anything that the money you are making from these interviews are going into your pocket so you can buy nice clothes and shoes and keep up your appearance. poor kids. you shouldn't have been allowed to have this many kids if you can't even take care of them. stop going on tv and trying to become famous. there is nothing famous about you, it's always been about the kids. you would be a nobody, and probably broke, if it weren't for your kids. they are the stars- not you. so go back home to them and tuck them into bed at night. read books to them. cook for them. do what a good mother does.

Why Kate on your show I asked -- the ONLY reason I can come up with is your made a "for sure bet" with someone -- and you lost! Your show is a positive format -- Kate is self-serving (and looking for a ring?) YOU looked uncomfortable -- and it was uncomfortable for many viewers! PLEASE let's let Kate/Jon and those beautiful kids move on in private.

When you give up on a marriage you take something away from the marriage. When you first see problems you need to face them. Don't take it out on the children. They are fragile and do get broken. Many times you can't fix them once they are broken no matter how hard you try. Money can't buy your childs love nor respct. They will tolerate ou but will leave as soon as they can. The continual sadness and anger is more then they can handle.

The Kate should have seen how happy the kids were with Jon and how intimidated they were around her. She should have wondered why and tried to have fun. Oh ya she did but having funny and being relaxed issn't her/ Funny how she hated the beach when she was with Jon and wouldn't wear anything revealing but as soon as he was gone she was fully exposed and prancing around the beach. Why not when she was with Jon. Was it a sow or really her?

I can't believe all these people are sitting here judging someone that they don't even know personally...This is rediculous!!! Maybe you should all live a day in the life of someone that is in constant eye of the public...We all have our own lives with our own friends not in the public...I am sure that there are people that know you that judging you...What's that famous old saying ...if you son't have anything nice to say don't say anything at all!

"Kate opens up" When is the "Kate shuts-up" show on? For all loonies who say we are jealous of Kate, you are either 16 yrs old are really dumb.
NOBODY IS JEALOUS OF KATE!!!! Everyone may be sick of Kate. Ive watched her Kate and Jon show after all the hoop-la of their divorce. My first thought was, WOW, didnt see this divorce coming. HA HA. She acted like Jon was her servant. Why would anyone even watch that show? What kind of mommy can travel around and not tuck their kids in at night. Whos home with the kids?

OMgoodness. Ok well go home then and clean your home and play with your kids like any other mommy. Since this is where you don't want to be. Of course this is what she craves. Everyone just needs to not interview her ever again. TLC sucks!! She wanted these babies so bad, well go home and enjoy every minute of it before they grow up. SHES IN CA. KIDS ARE IN PA. WTF?? cause she feels the need to let the world know AGAIN just how hard its been. Oh, and the kids know what a wedding ring is and they noticed whether or not your wearing it? I don't think so. What channel is Springer on these days? Theres gotta be somethin to watch on TV.

after reading a few comments, I feel the need to leave another comment. For the ladies who think that other moms dont go home to 8 kids, I say, really? Plenty of moms do! single moms who work 2 jobs! and Kate only put herself in her this situation and her kids too. Someone said, "Oh poor Kate, she has to deal with all the negative remarks" Well, no she don't. Maybe keep her crying self off the camera for a while. Someone say, Kates kids enjoy doing this, that Kate doesnt make them. HA HA!!! This is the only life these kids know. Ofcourse they seem to enjoy it. Its natural for them to be filmed ALWAYS. The show should not be on the air anymore and let these kids hopefully have a somewhat normal life.

By the way, how old are the twins? Im thinking they are older than four but who would think? They throw tantrums and act like brats. Good show TLC. Are we learning something from The Learning Channel?

OK, Lets get over this already. People split up, families break-up. BOO-HOO! They have money in the bank and a nice life. Many kids are going with out food tonight because their parents split up and mommy cant afford food and daddy doesnt care. I am sorry and please forgive me for being such a rude person but come on, this has got to not be a topic anymore. Well guess its better than hearing about Octo-mom.

HEY.. Ellen loved the show,regarding Kate Gosselin, i will have to disagree with everyone else, i think she is an amazing women, everyone else needs to shut up seriously, non of us go home to 8kids everyday and are on tv with ppl giving there oppion every five minutes, it must be really hard for her and Jon, going through a public divorce, they loved each other once, and proberly deep down still do...
I wish Kate Jon and all 8kids all the best for he future, hopefully they can work somrthing out to make things easier for them and for the kids..
