I have to tell you how much I love your show, even on days I feel totally depressed your show makes me smile. I think you are really amazing and very cute. I just signed up to win your twelve days of Christmas, I am a single mom with four children, and for years we have not had much of a Christmas. Food and shelter are most important,my children seem to understand although it breaks my heart to not be able to give them anything. If I had money I would be just like you and give to the less fortunate. I admire all you do and never iss your show. May god bless you and yours this Christmas time and always.

First, gotta say I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE your show! I try not to miss any but sometimes it just can't be helped...thank goodness for channels like STAR TV that replays them! I am a extremely proud single Mom of 3 girls, ages 15, 13 and 9 and they too really enjoy your show. I live in a small town in Alberta, Canada...you'll get a chuckle out of the name...Bawlf...yup, Bawlf. Everytime I tell someone from back home (Whitehorse, Yukon) the name of the town I live in they have to make me say it two or three times before they figure out what I'm saying. This appears to be the only way to contact you from Canada so I figured...what the heck... eh! I recently got laid off temporarily (Oct-Jan) and I have added another 15 year old girl to my family in November as her Mom is having a hard time and she was in desperate need of some loving, parental guidance...I'm not receiving any financial help from her mom and my ex is now 11 months behind on his support. *SIGH* but to take that hour a day and just sit down, forget all my worries and giggle at the zany stuff on your show helps to make a bright spot in what is usually another hectic, stressful day with 4 girls. I have been doing casual work cleaning houses just to put food on the table and am about to have my living room suite, including the TV I watch you on, repossed as I am far behind in the payments and just can't come up with it on top of car insurance and payments, rent, utilities and feeding my kids...I look forward to watching you every day and getting my dose of light-hearted fun, keep up the amazing work!! Can't wait to see you on Idol, you will have no problems putting that cranky Simon in his place when he needs it!

Hi Ellen, Greeting from your friends from the far north of Canada. My Family and I love your show! I watch your show everyday while making supper and my 2 1/2 yr old gets excited everytime I turn the channel. Living in a very small community you show definately breaks up the long days. I love all your online games, could you ever make some open to Canadian residents???

I have an acupuncturist who I had been seeing for 15 years, she not only knows alternative but also western medicine... Deep tissue zapping I call it really helps...I had a fractured L1 verterbrae from a boating accident and believe me I know what it feels to have a bad back! People don't think acupuncture can help, but ELLEN, I think you should try it!

I live in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada (otherwise known as Winterpeg). I am a huge fan of yours watching your show everyday. It just happens to be a big birthday of mine at the end of this month and it would be a great 50th birthday gift if I was able to receive tickets to your 12 days of give aways. I had left this up to my friends to try and get but now i think that i must do it all on my own. I cant tell u what it would mean to me to get these tickets and get out of "Winterpeg" for a couple of days.

Ellen--love your show and watch it everyday. My family and I are true pet lovers--we have four Labs, two cats, and an African Grey parrot. I just got an e-mail from a friend of a friend who is moving overseas with her family in two weeks and has two 3-year old Labs (both female, chipped, trained and spayed--a yellow and a chocolate) who have never been separated, and she is desperately trying to find a home for both of them together. Dear Ellen, I just wanted to thank you for being you. I just had a baby in September, and it was a very rough time. My baby came 6 weeks early and had to be in the special care nursery for nearly 2 weeks, due to under developed lungs and the fact she only weighed 4lbs 14 oz. They sent me home without my baby after being there for 4 days and I had to travel back and forth to the hospital, after delivering her by c-section. The first feeding time was 10:30 every morning that I was able to make it for. The great part was that I was able to watch your show everyday before I left to see my baby. As much as it hurt to watch your show, because I would be laughing so hard it helped me deal with my situation so much better. We named our little girl Ava and she is doing great. I just want to thank you for your help in eliminating postpartum depression. You are a blessing to many and you touch the lives of millions. Thank you for being you.

Just Curious....
What is the annual budget for the show's set decorations. They are all so very good. I would be curious to know what's the lead time on preparing these might be. Evidently you know weeks, or maybe months, in advance as to who is going to be on the show...or does it just go by chance. Yes, nothing happens by chance. How many people work on it...designers, workers etc. I have never seen the same set used twice but is that ever done....

I love that your working for the people of Haiti, I have been there two times. We were working on a hospital in Mombin Crochu Haiti. Located between Cap Haitien and Port au Prince. If I may suggest a good cause for Haiti, there is a group that flies Missionaries in and out of Haiti. MFI ( Missionary Flights International) This group could use money to buy fuel to get people in and people out. I admire you for what your doing for the people of Haiti.
