Ellen's New Segment: Hollywood in a Half-Minute

Today, Ellen found a video of an adorable 5-year-old boy who memorized the entire speech from the movie "Miracle," and she just had to share it with you!

Then, after introducing you to "Startle Bucks" earlier this week, she tries out her new segment "Hollywood in a Half-Minute." What do you think?

YES!!! I LOVE your Ellen's Hollywood Half Minute!!! I must admit that I am one of the MANY Americans that have Selective ADHD, so just getting to the point and not babbling for thirty minutes works for me! I love it!

You've always been a genius in my book, and this segment idea proves it!

ELLEN!!!!

YES!!! I love the movie "Miracle" That is awesome movie. Inspiration. Movie "Hoosiers" TOO! Any of those movies. I love allllllll movies! I especially like Finding Nemo!!! And I too am wondering why in the "H" aren't they making a Finding Nemo II? I mean what's it going to take? (go into the speech... Its OUR TIME!!! ITS FIDING NEMO TIME!

ok... I got a little carried away there! :) (HEee)

This boy is Cute! I can't wait for him to be on your show!!! I love this!!! LOVE THIS!!!!

Intonation is perfect!

ps... and when they finally do make Finding Nemo II.... put it in 3D!!! PLEASE!!!!

The little boy that was reciting the speech from the movie Miracle was too cute for words. I could watch that clip over and over.

Dear Ellen: I love you show and never miss it but today's show was extra special. I loved the dancers and that little boy was amazing. The movie "Miracle on Ice" was an excellent movie as well. I just wish teachers could figure out a way to teach so that my kids could memorize things like that :) Lots of luv in Florida, Rene

Ellen,
The young fella doing Kurt Russell from the movie "Miracle" was great.
Even the suit he was wearing made the moment.
The character Kurt Russell played,was Herb Brooks,former U of Minnesota Coach, and then US Olympic Hockey Coach of the 1980 Winter Games in Lake Placid.
I live in Eveleth,MN, home of the US Hockey Hall of Fame. A town and state,Herb Brooks is immortal.
Just want to express that this man, Herb Brooks made that moment in US history.
If you can,could you give him a mention of recognition?
