Hey there Ellen I think all the things you have done for people are wonderful n very kind. You have a huge heart. Was just wondering of what resources do you know to help a single mother of two get back on her feet. As of now me n my 2 girls live in a one bedroom apartment i am working but struggling to get there everyday. Been dealing with a lot of mental n emotional issues lately n not sure where to turn for help. Dealing with these emotional issues of mine makes it hard for me to want to get up n go to work every day. I am trying my best to raise my 2 girls but feel like i am just failing them again. Have allready been thru the losing my job n then my place to live that was real hard on my girls n i feel it has set them back. As well as myself. So just looking fore some advice or resourse that you may know of. Would appreciate anything you or anyone could offer. Thanks for your time. Continue with all your great work.

Love your show! I have a "disease" called Neurofibromatosis. Basicly, tumors grow on nerves wherever the hell they want.
These are very painful tumors being as though they are made of nerve tissue.

The only thing you can do is surgery.
I have them all over my spine and if they are removed I have the chance of being paralised!!

I want the name Neurofibromatosis to get out to the public. Skin tags also grow alot but they are not a problem.
I would love to dance without pain. Watching you brings back an inner joy!! So Dance!!

Oh Ellen, this was so nice. I cry any time I see ANYONE do something nice for a person just because it makes me happy to see them so happy. My heart is overwhelmed with joy. Everytime : )! Everymorning I get up to my beautiful 9 month old baby boy, have breakfast and play time together, and watch Ellen and what a great way to wake up to, cause there is nothing but POSITIVENESS about it. Thank's so much Ellen :).

Lots of Love,

Candace

Ellen,That was a very Godly gift you have been giving to help all these families. You have a Heart of gold!!!I feel the same way you do about helping others,I don't have the funds to buy these things, but I do help others with food and other things, that I can do.See Ellen I have a downsydrome son and a parapleglic husband, and do also give health care to a Minsters wife with parkison, and his 95 year old Mother that lives next door to them,so I spread myself thin with God's grace he has given me.I love seeing show's like yours and Oprah's helping mankind..God Bless you and all the others that make this possible!!!

Hello Ellen,

I would like to THANK YOU for being so kind and generous to Kylene and her family. Every time I watch that video it brings tears to my eyes.

Thanks for helping that young lady and son on your show today. It brought back memories of when I was struggling to raise my son. He is now 28 years old and doing well. I am now remarried and very happy. I cried and thought it would have been wonderful to have someone step up and help me during those hard times. I'm glad you are there to help who you can. Thanks for doing that.
liz

I saw the show today and that was so nice of you. I love that you really try to help whoever you can. Obviously you can't help everyone out there who needs it. But I really appreciate that you try to share some of your good fortune!

I watched your show today and that was wonderful what you did, but I do agree to a point with one of the other comments. I have worked my whole life and got let go in January of this year from my job. I have applied to over 80 places and still haven't landed a thing. I am a single mother of an eleven year old boy and divorced from his father who has never paid a cent and now lives in Jordan. Every time I ask for him to help out he just tells me to send him over there if I can't support him. We all know what happens there when your kid goes, they NEVER come back til they are 18. I have alot more debt than that lady and can't afford to go back to school or buy a car. I am basically at a point where I really don't know what I am going to do. It is very difficult. I just wish I could be as lucky to find someone to help me out of this hole.

Saw what you did for the mom and her son, you are a wonderful person

I know it is impossible for you to help everyone, but it is so generous of you to help those that you can. I almost cried when Jayden hugged you...that was such a sweet moment. I admire that you aid people financially, but especially because you seem to truely care for them.

Barbara-I am sorry to hear of you struggles and i hope that you'll be able to catch a break soon

I watched todays' show, and u had sent a single mom and her son to disneyland then to come to the show where you then gave her a new car and helped her to pay off her debt. Don't get me wrong, that was a very generous thing that you did for her, but I can't help but be a little disheartened. No offense but what about the other single moms/parents who are struggling to make ends meet, who are in more debt than the woman you helped out. I am a single mom of a 3yr old, equally struggling to make ends meet, struggling to pay off my debt, even just trying to pay off my furniture so i can bring it to my apartment. My sister is also a single mom whose ex ruined her credit and left her struggling to pay off the debt he left her with while raising a 5yr old son. Her cheques for her sons' kindergarten has bounced cause she is so far in debt. Good for the woman you helped but being new to this whole single parent thing, i can't understand how come i or my sister can't catch a break when others can. What's a person gotta do?

Hi Ellen,

You and your staff, did great on this one.Kylene has a full-time job, which is great.Little Jayden and Kylene, went to Disneyland and will have great memories of it.Kylene has a new GMC Terrain.
This what I wrote about on,October 21,there's no sob story behind it.(Kylenehas a child and has a job, she's trying to make ends meet.)In this tough economy people need and want to work.People need a hand up,not a hand out.(Ellen,in my opinion the 10,000 dollars in the suitcase, was a bit to much, just my opinion.)

Ellen, see ya'morrow.I hope you and your staff have a great day.

Love you and Portia and TWO BIG HUGS.
Mama, hope your feeling well?Love you and a BIG HUG.
Michele

Ellen,

I rarely get a chance to watch your show and normally would never post a message, email a message, etc. Today is an exception as I cried through the entire segment with Kylene. It is extremely touching how caring and giving you are. What you did for them and do for so many others is extraordinary. There are not many people like you. Thank you for all the happy tears and laughs!

You are amazing. This episode brought tears to my eyes. This was definitely a mom and son who are going to make a difference. We watched this thinking about what we would do if we had a handicap accessible van. We live in a quadinc.org building in Gresham, Oregon, called Central Station Apartment. A friend asked where would the first place you would go and we said the beach. My husband and I are both in wheel chairs, my husband was born with Spina Bifida and I have been in 3 auto accidents. The last one was in my wheel chair when a car ran a red light and hit me and my chair. My husband was in a separate hit and run in his wheelchair in April when I was in the hospital with a staph infection. Things happen for a reason I believe. I am a person who lives by the philosophy of paying it forward. I probably wont send this but I really want to thank you for everything you do. What you do really does bless us in so many ways. This mother is going to do great things.

Ellen

You are the most thoughtful and generous person. You touch the hearts of many. I know it is so hard for many people right now. I have lost my home, filed for bankruptcy, etc. And, my age is also against me for jobs. But, I do have a question, the lady that you met at the ballgame to bless her with such nice gifts, how can she afford for her and her family to go the games, if she is having it rough. I know I have to live with my daughter and can't afford to go anywhere.

I cried so hard today as I watched Kylene win the new GMC terrain, and gasped so hard I lost my breath when you gave her the $10,000.00. My family laughed at me and said they would have thought it was me winning it myself, by my reactions. But I am a single mom and I'm not sure much my total debts are, but it is going to cost me over $3,000.00 dollars to be able to get my vehicle licensed, and I dont the money to do it. So i know all too well how hopeless you feel when you are trying as hard as you can to make thngs right for your children and you can never quite make it happen. I spend a lot of nights crying myself to sleep because i dont know what i am going to do, and I know that Kylene feels the shining light you have shed on her and much she will truely appreciate everything you have done for her. I wish her many sleep filled nights now that some of her worries have been washed away. Ellen you are a great gift to all of us and just watching your show makes my day, thank you

Ellen u r an amazing person , i was flooding the room with tears . I too am a single mother n debt who knows how she feels, and i wish her the best ,thanks 4 shownin me that it is hope. I will keep dreaming ellen u r the best!!! lOVE ur show

WOW!!! Once again, I was brought to tears watching your show. You are an AMAZINGLY kind person, and the world is a better place because of you! What you did for Kylene and her son was a true act of selfless kindness. THIS is why people watch your show, not only are you HILLARIOUS, but you change people's lives. You have a HUGE heart and I can see that genuinely love helping those in need. There are not many people in this world who would do what you do, so I thank you....for showing people that there are still good people in this world, willing to help total strangers. You're the best!!
