Ditto...are there actually recipes in a format that we can use? I also would like the vegan turkey recipe...
Was wondering where to get the black bean spagheti check Whole foods, but they never heard of it. Any ideas?
I can't find the recipe on Ellen's web site for the vegan super bowl chili and queso? I really want to make this can anyone help me? Thanks in advance for your kind assistance.
Hugs,
Carrie
Loved the recipe, but what was the second ingredient put in the pot after the onions, I'm not sure if I missed it, or if Roberto was sidetracked and forgot to mention the 2nd ingredient, would be great to have the written recipe.
I am soo excited to try these recipes.. I have two teen daughters who, over the last 4 years have decided to go vegetarian. My husband, (a texan by birth) doesnt understand thier decision & doesnt support them. I try to stand by then & encourage them to stand up for something they believe in. He was recently redeployed to Iraq and Im free to cook more towards thier needs. I am looking forward to trying to make more friendly meals so that the kids an I can sit down together and enjoy meals together. I have a set of 13 yr old twins who arent vegetarians but I currently try and make at least a few meat free meals for us all to enjoy. looking forward to more posts with meat free recipes. thank you soo much for this and absolutely everything that you do for the world. YOU ARE AN AWESOME WOMAN!
So, I was really bummed I missed Chef Martin's second appearance. (Thank goodness for youtube!) Now I DVR every episode... and, hmmm. Haven't seen him. Yet, I hope!

Hi,
I would be very grateful if you would send me the vegan turkey recipe. I watched the show here in Australia and am looking forward to trying and sharing the meal with friends.
Regards,
Kaye
