Last time she was here, she told me she was dating Jamie Kennedy -- now there are rumors that the two are engaged! So far, they've denied it... but I'm gonna get to the bottom of it! KELLY OSBOURNE isn't denying any marriage rumors though -- earlier this year she became engaged to model Luke Worrall.
