Dearest Ellen,

Let me start off by saying I simply adore you and your show, there is not one episode that I do not laugh or have a smile on my face or tears for that matter.

I must say though, I am very dissapointed with my Shake Weight experience.

I ordered the one for women on June 9 2010 and was told that it would be deliverd within 15 days, never got it, I called for update on June 22nd and was told that by July 1st I would receive it, never got it. I called them yesterday only to be told that they did not know what happened and could not provide me with a UPS tracking#???? and that they would send me a replacement, I opted for a credit on my credit card, they did confirm that I will be credited within the next 1-2 billing cycles??? I am from Montreal Canada and was willing to pay the 42.90 USF for this product but got totally turned off by the service and answers I received.

I am very surprised that you would endorse a company that has no "customer service" skills whatsoever.

Sorry I needed to vent. I'm still witout a shake weight......

Shakes are not good for the body. There is a risk of the bowel shutting down. The Intestines are used to solid food and NOT LIQUIDS ONLY. It is artificial and not as good as real food. Have a look Online at Marilyn's Plan. It is the best for nutriton, ease, suits everyone and is inexpensive. Plus it is healthy. It might be an Australian invention but it is darned good!

Hey Ellen! My names Brittney. Haha like Britney spears...but every day I watch your show with hopes that you'll mention the oprellen mag I made for ya. I'm so glad all of your dreams are coming true. What a coincidence...I started that magazine on January 13th aka the season premiere of american idol and what do ya know.. You're the new judge on American Idol! I'm so happy for you. It would literally be a DREAM to meet you and yo mama. Love, Ellen is te best book I've ever read. Well..it's tied with your two books. Thank you for all the joy you bring to my life! My aunt Stella lived in Atlanta for a while..I bet Betty knows her.. She is like 93 now and still makes the best peanut butter cookies in the world. I want to tweet you and oprah during the shoot but my iPhone app for Twitter doesn't allow me to do so. I promise I'm not a crazy stalker fan but I am your biggest fan in the whole world and will arm wrestle anyone that wants to challenge me for it. P.S. I don't wear dresses or heels either. The one and only dress I've worn in college was my 22nd birthday and that's when i was still debating dating men. Ha and my cousin Brandon and I stopped on the way to trudy's in Austin where my party was and bought a pair of heels. Good thing I got a lot of pics because that's probably the last time I'll ever wear heels or a dress. You know what is worse than both heels and dresses?panty hose!! Especially when it's cold outside. Hope the shoot went well. Cannot wait to see it! My bff robin found out she was pregnant the day i delivered the mag on April 20th and is due in december! Can you help me get her a stroller or something?? She's not really up for a babu shower considering the circumstances so that would be awesome. Aunt Helen looked so cute the other dancing with you and mama to Britney spears. She seems like a sweet lady. Love you and Mary and tony and Jeannie and Andy and the whole clan. I miss manny. Tell him hi next time you see/talk to him. P.s. I told my dad and step-mom you know what back on July and things are going pretty good considering i just moved in with them a couple months back. Now I make my dad watch your show whenever I get the chance..I love showing him your clips about cups at 7-11. The one back in April and I just showed him the guitar hero cup today.
