Hi Ellen,I also have had a(failed) back surgery and my pain management doctor reccommended a procedure called a rhizotomy.It is a simple outpatient procedure that the doctor cauterizes or cuts the nerves causing the pain.It is not a permanent solution,but it has helped me to be almost pain free for the first time in years.I just wanted to tell you about it,because I had never heard about it until I saw him (new doctor)I know the pain!I hope you feeel better soon!,Sonny from SC

I My friend Johnny and i go to care centers, nursing homes and assistand and none assistant cen tersseveral times a week. He sings and I act like a fruit cake to make them giggle . I wheel chair dance with the precious folks ..hug and tell them They are loved and special. I give them pom poms and shakers to shake with the music. I tell them to move their boody and they do . They are so cute an d sweet.
I hjav e 3 fur babies ... dogs. I love them like I gave birth to them. Of course they sleep in my bed that is they let me sleep in their bed. I don't want to take up too much of your time. Rick Waren did receive a twitter from me to follow him but I can't fine the send button to send the message. He does send my personal email though.Keep up what you doing . Becouse she just got her cast off of her leg. You went through hell and come back so strong and I am so glad you are who you are and never gave up! I loved your books.
