Before college, she attended 12 different schools in 13 years.

At the age of 22, she drove from Memphis to L.A., eventually becoming a two-time Golden Globe-nominated actress.

Her mother and sister formed one of the most popular duos in country music.

Just want you to know I am a huge fan of yours. Your show is what gets me through my rough times..
I will be in town Aug 3-6, I tried to get tickets on your website but no luck :(

Hi Ellen, I am sooo happy that YOU are happy with your recent wedding! YOU provide so many smiles and sooo much happiness with your gift of humor and your generosity to the miliions of less fortunate people. God, what a wonderful feeling that must give you. Please know that little people like myself truly appreciate your kindness and generosity. I have been a widowsince the age of 39 when my son was 2, and I would LOVE to be able to have him meet you on your show. Think about it! Keep up your great work!

Hi Ellen,

Wth the recent death of Michael Jackson they have mentioned he was one of the greatest humantarian. However, I believe with all of your contributions to pets, stimulus packages, gifts to show guest, and other caring projects that you do that you will either be joining MJ or exceeding his record. Keep it up Ellen you are a blessing and an example of positive caring people during these hard times!!

Hello Ellen, just wanted to let you know that your show is fantastic, you are the most kindest, funniest person on tv. I try not to miss your show, but New Zealand puts it on a very awkward time, because I have to pick my kids up at 3pm from school and your show starts then, how inconvenient hey!! I have just qualified as a teacher and my goal now is to save enough money to come and see your show and be there in real time. I just wish we had lovely shows like this in NZ!!
