Chicago was wonderful on your show. I will always be a fan of them. They have put out so many great songs out over the years. Thanks again for having them on your show.......Mary in California

Hi Ellen-I really enjoyed your show today with Chicago.Boy they still sound great. It was especially nice to see Jason- (bass player) . We went to high school together. What a great guy! It brought back some nice memories. Thanks for that : )

Dear Ellen,
My husband got me watching your show. You are truly an inspiration to me. I have had uncontrolled epilepsy for about and now have been advised surgery by my neurologist. This scares me to death. I am 44 yrs old and have a beautiful 6 yr old daughter. I got a call from my neurosurgeon called today and said that I could probably get a date for surgery during my appt in 2 wks.. They said it would generally be by the end of the month or so.
My poor husband has dedicated his life to me, my health and, safety. He started a new job last week and now I have to tell him this. What The hell am I gonna do. I also have an issue with my teeth. I had a seizure about 4 yrs ago while on a walk with my daughter. She saved my life and was only 2 yrs old. She doesn't know about my future either and I have absolutely no Idea how to tell her. But I had knocked all of my front teeth and when I walk my daughter into school she tells me to keep my mouth shut. Because everybody makes fun of her for it.
I need help. I don't know who to turn to. Im scared! They deserve better than me. I'm not sure why I am writing to you about this but I just need someone impartial to tell. I have more issues than I can even write about. I'm sorry.

Ellen,
Thanks a bunch for hosting CHICAGO on you're show. We live in Dallas and we are going to NY to see them at Madison Square Gardens next week.

We have been fans of theirs for over 40 yrs.
Thanks a bunch.

Thanks Ellen for having Chicago on, this brought back so many good memories, they were the very first concert i went to... Love their songs, love them and love you for making my day!!!!

Hello Ellen,

You've always rocked (especially your dancing), but having Chicago as your guest takes you to a whole new level... :)

Being a trumpet player, Chicago had become my all-time most favorite band when I first discovered them way, way back in 1970 (or there about)... and still is today!

It's such a thrill to see Lee, James, Walt, Robert (aka Bobby) and the rest of the boys doing what they do best...

Thanks Ellen! And Chicago, keep bringing us your great music, new and old!!

P.S.
I know people love the hits, but for a fan like me would love to see you play again songs like, State of the Union, Hollywood, Progress?, Movin' In, and Scrapbbok... to name a few!

CHICAGO ROCKS!!!!!

Ellen,

Thanks for having Chicago on they are my favorite group of all times. I have met them and they are the most down to earth guys I've ever met. I see them every year more than once.

Thanks for posting this extra Chicago clip. They are the soundtrack of my life, along with Dusty Springfield.

GREAT SHOW,
BRING CHICAGO BACK FOR MORE.... SONGS

I am so sad I was not there:( My first concert was Chicago with my mom, dad, and sister. My mom and sister have died. At my mom's funeral we played Chicago, it was her favorite band. Everybody enjoyed it. Infact, I still listen to them! It was a great treat! Thanks Ellen

Ellen!

It is great that you had Chicago on your show!

I was never good at naming bands let alone song titles but I've always been good at after a listen to a few notes recognizing songs I love and this group Chicago!! I recognized that YES!! I do love their sound!!!

It is nice to hear brass music. These days you don't get much of that anymore.

Big band music... I miss that!

I love me a nice brass section!!!!!!! Music to my ears! :)

Thank you for having them on! They still sound the same and a real treat!

Hugs for you ELlen!! You catch it??? For YOU ELLEN!!!! HUGS FOR ELLEN!!!!!!!!!

Stephanie and Mike's singing was terrific. They are very talented and seem to be having a good time. They should definitely be showcased again. Are they a brother/sister team? I forgot!!!!

That was on my watch?

As I was walking down the street one day, a man came up to me and asked me what the time was on my watch and I said, "Yes".

I said, "Ellen, surely you can microphone what is wrong with snaking immortal gods and the son of the true one?"

It was a great show for Earth Day, It just goes to show us what a beautiful country we live in.We are all so lucky and we have to keep it that way, so everyone just do your job and keep our earth beautiful and rich . By the way I love the music of Chicago. Great show
