They say that where there's smoke, there's fire. Well, where there's Smokey, there's Joe sitting in front of a computer watching him. There's fire too... in my burning passion to accurately record his actions.
He showed up only once last night:
10:30 PM: Smokey arrives, eats out of the "Girl" bowl for an extraordinarily long time, sits under the cat condo briefly, eats out of the regular bowl, and leaves.
I hope I don't accidentally set off the fire alarms.

I would love to find the YouTube video that Ellen shared on Wednesday of a tiny kitten getting startled by fingers over & over....so cute!
Where is the cute cat Smokey? He is not on Cam 2. Joe'cat cam has not been updated since May 27th. Someone needs to tell us what happened to Smokey. We want to see him on cam 2 again, so have everything done as soon as posible. Thanks.

Thanks for Joe the cat! I had a Joe the Cat once. We found him in a parking lot all full of fleas - took him home - and shared his life for 16 years. Thanks for the memory!

ellen!!! what is going on with the repeats girl?! i'm from Australia and Ellen's been on repeats for awhile now..anyone able to tell me when she'll be back??

Ellen will be all repeats now until after Labor Day. She is on hiatus. I also understand that Joe himself is on hiatus as well.
It would have been nice of him to mention that don't you think?
There is a lot going on today over at Ellen's stage and cam 2 is all messed up how we view Smokey.

If back posts would be read you will find out that Smokey is WELL TAKEN CARE OF. Just go to
www.CatsAtTheStudios.com and learn about the kitties of Warner Brothers backlots. These kittens/cats are fed, have veterinary care, and love.
Smokey happened to wander into Ellen's stage, was seen on the webcams and has been very fortunate to being fed Ellen's Halo cat food .... being given Ellen water and being watched and admired from all over the world. As far as we know he has kept this a secret as no one has seen any other cats show up on Ellen's stage.
Apparently someone from C.A.T.S. called the Ellen show to say the kittie on Ellen's stage does have a name ... which is Smokey, he is about 4 years old and is neutered. Ellen announced this on her show several months ago.
I invite you to go to Ellen's original blog which was started in February 2009. This is where the die-hards post on Smokey every day and throughout the day and night.
