Fabio made us laugh hysterically on Top Chef 5. Being of italian descent myself, his "toh" comment was something else!!! Someone give this guy his own show, PLEASE!!!

Hi - Thanks for that recipe - but it doesn't state how much balsalmic vinegar to start with before reducing to 1/2.
