have to admit your friend Gladys is the funniest thing that I have ever seen on your show! please meet her in person? My husband and I just listend to all the conversations on the web page and laughed so hard I hope we don't get kicked out of the motel room!! Thankyou

I just watched all of the Gladys Videos. There great. I was wondering what happen to Kitty? I miss so much of your early shows. I really miss the looky loo. Well thanks for being so optomistic and bringing laughter to us.

Please go to Austin TX and surprize Gladys....maybe in the Mall where she walks, or Serving popcorn at the theater she frequents....or go to her home and do a cooking segment - meatloaf.....maybe take Tom Selleck with you....Gladys is amazingly funny and with a sweet sole...we all need a little Gladys in our life!!! My grandparents are no longer alive, my mother is gone too.....my dad is 84 and knows me so well, and makes me laugh in times that I want to cry...between the economy, my husband's job will be ending in June, always wondering if my job is discardable....we can all learn from the experiences of such wonderful people...hold family close!

Hi Ellen!

I just watched your Sumo wrestlers video - must;ve been for the umteenth time! I sat and watched it just now, three times! It is THE most hysterical video EVER!

About Gladys, she sounds so much like a "Grandma"
that would just have the most hysterical stories EVER to tell all the time! (I know I just repeated the words, 'hysterical', and EVER twice), but it's SO true! Is there ever a way you could get her there on the show?! (I remember her saying, I believe, she doesn't like planes?) My husband Tony & I would go GET her just to meet her! We don't like flying anymore either...too much hassle! Anyway, thanks again, as always,Ellen, for one of the funniest shows EVER! (there! 3X's!)

ok! I have to tell you, I was lucky enough to see Ellen call Gladys the first time, live on tv. So lucky that I was taping the show because someone else was on that show that day (I don't even remember who). So having Gladys on tape, I was able to show it again to my friend. Did we laugh, cry and roll all over the floor that night! Ellen, Gladys, I will never forget you. When I want to talk about good time, good moment in tv, you are so part of it.
And to my opinion, i'm not sure i'd like to see Ellen visit Gladys. Let's keep that old grand'ma image in our head, (that's how I picture Gladys)and keep her privacy intact. We love the way she talks. We love the way she is. That is it! Thank you for reading me!
