Thanks, Ellen for having my favorite band on!! They just rock with tons of energy!! We saw them live in Oct. -- fabulous!! Kelly is awesome!! I don't think Lou can do this level of performance at this time. I love my Live @ Deer Creek CD ('93) with Lou so vibrant and strong. "That Was Yesterday" gives me chills in light of what happened to Lou with the brain tumor and aftermath. I also have the Live Access Tour with Lou -- I can't watch it. He tries so hard and struggles with the vocals -- cannot even imagine! I hope he is able to recover! Give Kelly a chance -- he jumped right in and is just great!! He has a great voice, stage presence and vocal interpretation!! He and Mick and the rest of the band have found their groove!
One question? Why did they not include "Whole Lotta Love" in the middle of "Juke Box Hero?"

Kelly Hansen was great with Hurricane but let us not forget that Lou Gramm IS Foreigner! Caught a show by Lou just a couple of years ago at a small venue in Iowa. Still incredible vocals. Just a reminder that Dennis DeYoung IS Styx, Jani Lane IS Warrant and Steve Perry IS Journey! Thanks.

This Foreigner sounds good.Kelly Hanson is a good singer, but I'm sorry, it isn't Foreigner without Lou Gramm. Lou Gramm was and is a great singer.

OMG- My friend dated Kelly Hansen 30 years ago. I guess she shouldn't have dumped him. Just kidding, she has a wonderful husband now.

Love it! The first album I ever got was Foreigner 4 My buddy Jacob gave it to me for my 9th birthday. It's awesome to hear "JUKE BOX HERO" again, probably my favorite of all their songs. I love the new keyboard player too! Way to go Mike Bluestein!

WOW! They are great! I am a died-hard fan from way back! I remember buying their first album on 8-track & driving around for hours memorizing all the words to every song. Kelly Hansen is spectacular! I am a little partial, as my brother is married to his sister! I don't miss a concert when the're in the Seattle area! Waiting for the next one! ROCK ON!!!

au contraire: lou gramm has NOT lost his voice (altho he had a benign brain tumor some years ago as you know).

according to his website www.lougramm.com, he's currently touring. the set list for the tour contains all the old FOREIGNER goodies, so i might have to check it out when they come to my 'hood!

(or maybe ellen can book HIS band on the show too??)

Wow...I'm getting old, but I thought Kelly was the original singer. He sounds better than Lou. Sorry...but he is cuter too.

Awesome video. Thanks for sharing. When my daughter and I went to the Ellen show two years ago I had the pleasure of sitting next to the guitarist on the plane on my way home and they were on there way to play at a concert..Great personality he had..

COOL!! GREW UP IN FOREIGNERS HOME TOWN OF ROCHESTER NEW YORK AND THOUGHT THAT THEY WERE GREAT GROWING UP. I STILL THINK THAT LOU GRAMM IN HIS DAY SANG BETTER THAN THE NEW GUY. BUT,IT IS SO AWESOME TO HEAR THE MUSIC AGAIN AND AM HAPPY FOR THE REST OF US FOREIGNER FANS.
