Hi Ellen,
I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate the fact that you can make me laugh. I haven't laughed very much since September 23rd, 2008. My oldest son Jesse was killed due to a motorcycle accident in Clarmont, Florida. On Hwy 27 near Sandmine Road. He was only 29 years old. It has really been a struggle getting through the days and nights. And now with Christmas coming up it make it more difficult each day. Christmas was Jesse's favorite time of the year as was mine. But this year I just can't get all excited about it. My other son Justin is a struggling roofer, and has still not come to terms with Jesse's death, so I worry about him also. We both need closure on the death of Jesse which we have not gotten yet. Thanksgiving was difficult too but watching you helps me to laugh again. My son Jesse also loved your show very much. He worked at Hard Rock Cafe in Orlando during one of the times that you were taping your show there. He said that he would try to get me tickets but I was unable to financially get there due to me being on disability. Well enough about my sad times now. I just wanted to let you know that you do brighten my day with all of the help that you do for everyone, and the laughter that you bring into everyone day on a daily basis. Congratulations on your marriage to Portia. I wish you two many years of happiness together. God Bless and Merry Christmas to you both. Love, Maureen McBurney from New Brighton, Pa.

Ellen,
Your show is the BEST!
You make my day, I manage to stop whatever I am doing to catch your show at 4 pm.
Thanks for being such an inspiration to people with your generousity and your eye for raw talent. You have given so many people a new start and you seem like such a genuine person.
Happy Holidays to you and Portia and to your mom too.
God Bless,
Cher Satterfield

Hi Ellen,
Watch your show every day, either at 4 pm or later because I tape it. I don't want to miss a thing. It's one of the highlights of my day. I admire you very much. You do so much good. It's great that you have the opportunity to put so much out there and accomplish so much. Keep up the good work. I've also noticed you have more sparkle in your eyes since you and Portia were able to marry. Good Luck to you and Portia. I enjoy your show becauseyou make me laugh a lot. Just one comment on the find the difference picture. I can no longer do them because when I click on the picture it is so big it goes off my screen. I wish you and Portia a very Merry Christmas and wonderful New Year. Also your Mom. I think it's so great you are close. I miss mine.

An avid & love you fan from Fountain Valley, CA

Hey Ellen,
I just wanted to say that you are running an amazing show and I just thought that on your show at some point you could feature a certain artist who as far as i know is not signed but has some amazing songs. You can see his songs on youtube under the username blinktwice4y. The two songs of his that i love are "Mario Kart Love Song" and "Mercy". Check it out you won't be disappointed!!!
Love you!

Hi Ellen. I watch your show everyday. You make my day a whole lot better with your jokes and dancing, but this isnt about me. This is about a family that could use your help. I have a brother that moved back to Columbus with his family and he cant get any help. He has worked and supported his family for over 19 years. This is the hardest year because he cant find a job. He has 4 kids. Their ages are 18, 16, 1 and 2 weeks. The last two were surprises!!! But anyways, they are struggling and because of the job situation they are not going to be able to buy their kids anything for Christmas(not even a tree). This is a hard time for all of us because we lost our mom(Janice Williams)R.I.P. right before Christams 3 years ago. He has taken it the hardest because he is the oldest of six and he wasnt here when she passed away. But if there is anything you could do to make this a good Christmas for them I would be forever grateful.

Your #1 fan always

Ginger Bundy

P.S. I will understand if you cant because you do so much for so many people. We thank God everyday for people like you.

Hi Ellen,
I watch you all the time and you get better every year. We live on a fixed income and have 11 small ones in the family to buy for. Winning something would be like hitting the lottery for a million dollars.
Keep up the good work, and I can tell that you are very happy!!!

Hi Ellen! I am one of your homegirls that now resides in Delaware. I am a native Louisianian and wish to one day soon return to mour lovely state. I get home sick often, and wish I could be there for all holidays. I have been here for 20 years and I still consider myself a Louisianian and will always be. I love your show, and you remind me of a friend who acts just like you, which reminds me of home. Love ya

Ellen, your folks are playing with my mind. There are eight differences in the zookeeper Jack Hanna 7 differences game. Look just left the piggies (what ever the animal is) bed in the original photo there is a red line and something there that is not in the right photo. Look at the piggies right rear leg and just below it. WHOOPS! Anyone else see it? I WIN THE TRIP AROUND THE WORLD for this one!!! Come on, Ellen. You have to admit that this is a phoopaw, and you should award the supreme prize for my keen eye. Yippeeee!
Jean

Hi Ellen Just want to thank you for being yourself and making us laugh, my husband and I really enjoy watching every show. I personally think you are the best show on tv. Merry Christmas. charlotte

Hi Ellen:

Just wanted to say thanks for making millions of us laugh and enjoy our days. I am a self employed event planner in Detroit (oxymoron, yes) and right now things are realllllllllly shaky, not only for me but the many here who will be and are layed off. My heart goes out to them. But if it weren't for watching you and your show in the mornings and laughing my head off, I would probably go screaming into the night (or day for that matter)ripping my hair out. Anyway, thanks for being so giving, kind and humble.

I must say a few of my favorite shows were: Chris Matthews (the 1st time), Obama, and Dennis Quaid (when he went into the coffee shop).

Thanks soooo much for all you do!!

Ellen,
I saw a show quite awhile ago where you were exercising with a fitness ball. Have you ever thought about making an exercise video? You have such a great sense of humor I think people would actually "enjoy" working out with you. You would be a wonderful inspiration for alot of people! Please consider this.
Thank you!

Hi Ellen:

My son-in-law was deployed to Iraq in October 2008. He will be there for 1 year. He is with the US Army.
My daughter and 2 grandchildren connect with him via email and webcam.

Unfortunately the cost is too expensive and they are going to have stop their internet connection because of the cost.
65k - 30 day package - $50.
96k - 30 day package - $80.
128k - 30 day package - $95.
128k - 7 day package - $25.
128k - 24 hr package - $10.

Can you believe the soldiers are getting ripped off to be connected to their families.

I know there too many soldiers and the cost to help them would be overwhelming...but I thought you should know... or least because of your contacts maybe work something out for these men and women who just need the contact with their famailies.

My Grandchildren look so forward to seeing and talking to their Dad..and now that is going to stop.

They also have to buy calling cards as well.

I know you receive thousands of emails and not sure that you will even get to see this one....But any help would be greatly appreciated.

A Greatful Fan from Canada
Sharon
