I am a middle school Lit teacher home in bed for a week with a kidney infection (YOWZA!!!!!!) and I just want to tell you that catching your show today put a huge smile on my face. I used to watch you every day while I was in Grad School but now I can't. But I will be TiVoing the show from now on (or watching it during my planning period at school.) I start my classes each day with music an d dance just like you start your show. I had forgotten what a giant influence you have been on me and my teaching. (I use "Caw! Caw! regularly as you used to-- I didn't see you give the call today, though). The kids love it (I think, or they just love it that I am so crazy) and we start each day happy and energized.I say, " Why NOT dance?!?!?! "
And I am really glad to see Tony back, he is awesome. So keep being yourself and huge congrats on your 900th show. Someday I hope to make it to a taping, I would be so excited to dance in your audience! You do a great service entertaining and informing and I hope you continue for many more years. I also must add that the wedding spread in People Magazine was the most beautiful thing, the draping veranda and roses and candles, so romantic and perfect. Congrats on your love.
PS I am SOOOOO mad about Cal. prop 8-- keep fighting!!!

Ellen, I wanted to tell you I love your show and you make my days brighter since my amputation 2x of left leg. I now walk with a cane and would love someday to come to your show, but you know that, well thanks for the days you are on to bad you can't be on 7 days a week, but you need time off also. You drighten my days.

Hi Ellen! I was in the audience today (Tues.) and saw your show with Emma, Paris and Dido. It was my first time to the Ellen show and I had a blast!! My friends and I were the last 4 people to be let in on stand by. We traveled from Santa Barbara and it was TOTALLY enjoyable! Thank you for making people laugh, think positive and enjoy life! I wish I could see the show again in person!! Sharon

Just wanted to let you know how much I love ur show and how my freinds and I had a gr8 time watching it live at ur studio a couple of weeks ago. We signed up to try to get tickets for ur vegas show, but no luck Ooooh well maybe next time. Though it was for the best, we spend enough money from ontario to Burbank, imagine vegas.
